The house sits on the top of the hill looking down on the Old Head of Kinsale, the views are breathtaking. 

This properties check in and check out times are better than nearly every other property in Kinsale.

The house was interior designed and the furniture imported from “Oka furniture store” in Chelsea , U.K

It’s a minimum 3 night stay over the Christmas / new year festive season

Single beds are only bought into the property when it’s booked for more than 14 guests.

The dining room seats 22 guests.
Office work space available and a balcony with views to the Old Head golf club. 
Heated enclosed gazebo with sky TV which seats 10 people. 
There is a private large pirate ship climbing frame with slide and swings and a barked floor area with a wooden children's play house situated in the large private gated garden. 
Kinsale is a 10 minute drive and Garrett town beach is approximately a 5 minute drive.
Please note that this house has just undergone a 1 million pound renovation which was completed in July 2017

We do not accept stag weekends.

We can arrange to sleep 22 guests, please ask for details.

2 years and younger are classed as infants and are not charged for staying and we have 2 cots at the house for you to use.

The house is accessed via large electronic gates so the property is secured for your safety.

The house itself is a modern 6 bedroom 5 bathroom house, large modern kitchen , dining room and lounge.

Bedroom 1 , is located upstairs , it has 2 king size beds in it , plus 2 camp beds, as well as an en-suite bathroom. There’s work space available in this bedroom.

Bedroom 2, is located upstairs and has a super king bed , plus 2 camp beds, as well as an en-suite bathroom and a bath tub which is located in the bedroom , which looks out on to the old head of kinsale. There is a balcony off this bedroom

Bedroom 3 , has a super king bed and 1 camp bed, as well as an en-suite bathroom

Bedroom 4 , has a king size bed

Bedroom 5 , has a king size bed

Bedroom 6 , has a super king bed and 1 camp bed , as well as en-suite bathroom

Main bathroom with a jacuzzi bath is located on the ground floor

Dining room seats 28 people for dinner in arm chair style seating and the kitchen area seats 16 people

Where early check in is available we charge €50 per hour

There is a large kids playroom in the attic which is accessed from outside, it is full of toys , board games and books , it also has a tv.


The local pub " The Speckald Door"is a 5 minute drive away or drive to the end of the road 2 minutes away and walk across the beach to it.

3 different seating areas outside in different locations to enjoy the amazing views.
