This beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers peaceful lake views, a large backyard, and access to a private neighbourhood beach and park just a short walk away. Enjoy outdoor dining, a fire pit, loungers, lawn games, and relaxing evenings overlooking the water. Located along Essex County’s scenic wine route, you’ll be minutes from wineries, breweries, restaurants, golf courses, beaches, boutiques, bakeries, cafés, and Kingsville’s charming downtown. Private driveway parking included.
