"I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism of the staff. Everyday, I was greeted with a smile and was told to speak with them if I need anything. The staff interactions were genuine. Everyone made a conscience effort to make my stay pleasureable. The junior suite is absolutely beautiful. It was so clean, with fully stocked refreshments and pretty. "Outstanding staff. I didn't really need help with anything, but I saw they were helping many other guests with myriad transport issues. Oh, and compliments to the chef! It's not a convenient walk to downtown/beach, but they offer free shuttles back and forth roughly every 2-4 hours. "
