This spacious retreat features two separate living spaces — a 1,700 sq. ft. main house and a 2,300 sq. ft. apartment, offering plenty of room to relax and reconnect.

The property also includes a massive shop (about half the size of a basketball court) equipped with ping pong, pickleball, and cornhole, plus air hockey in the main house garage.

You couldn't ask for a more peaceful location near Lake Texoma. 'The Spot at Lake Texoma' is exactly that, just a few blocks from the house down to the water. The water is a slow sloping grade. Get ready to enjoy your stay. If you bring a pontoon boat, it can be beached close. The community boat launch is just to the east. Bring your golf cart and drive down to the water or over to the boat ramp in this golf cart friendly community. Our property was made for enjoying your lake stay. It offers durable concrete floors in the shop and a simple design to bring friends and family together for a great weekend on Lake Texoma. Come enjoy getting out of the city and swim, fish, and boat with family and friends.

The nearest store is a Dollar General, about a five minute drive. The nearest Walmart is located in Madill. There are a variety of small town USA restaurants near. Don't feel like making breakfast? Enjoy the small town USA feeling of the Enos Mall about 5 minutes away. (It's not a 'mall'; it's a convenience store, gas station, beer stop and a grill).
