"Upon arriving at Seabrook Inn, the first thing you notice isn’t a warm welcome, but the strong smell of cigarette smoke lingering in the air, seeping into the hallways and rooms. The promise of a cozy stay vanishes as soon as you open the door to find a stained carpet, dusty furniture, and bed sheets with questionable marks. The bathroom is another nightmare: mold in the corners, thin and rough towels, and a shower that seems to have a mind of its own, switching unpredictably between freezing cold and scalding hot. The overall lack of cleanliness makes guests rethink their stay before even unpacking. In the morning, any hope of a decent breakfast quickly fades. Stale bread, lukewarm coffee, and artificial juice are all that’s on offer. If you expect variety, you’ll be disappointed to find only a tray of dried-out cheese and dubious-looking ham. To top it all off, the noise insulation is practically nonexistent. Hallway chatter, slamming doors, and loud guests make getting a good night’s sleep impossible. At Seabrook Inn, the only thing guaranteed is the urge to leave as soon as possible."

"Estadia boa! Hotel bem localizado, fácil de sair para várias direções, Maine, New Hampshire… 45min +-, de Boston, Gloucester, Rokport. Café da manhã basiquinho, bem normal para o padrão de café continental, norte americano. Limpo, confortável, quarto espaçoso. Não gostei de não ter serviço de quarto diário. Conforme nos informaram, eles limpam o quarto a cada três diárias, ficamos 4 diárias, tivemos uma arrumação de quarto quando já estávamos saindo. Ah, também deveriam esquentar um pouquinho mais a piscina, não deu pra entrar, água nem quente nem fria. Para uma temperatura externa de -5o, teria sido bem relaxante uma piscina quentinha depois de um exaustivo dia de passeio na neve!"

"Tudo ok, somente havia alguns sacos de lixo espalhados no corredor dos quartos. O restante foi tudo bem, café da manhã razoável. Não tive nenhum problema com a estadia."
