"Overall, we loved the location of this place… It was so convenient to slap town, the beach, CVS, and getting in and out of town… We visit TC every year, so it was nice to not be in such touristy spots… The bed was extremely comfortable and the set up was very nice. Just a note that it is the lower level, so you will hear the people walking around downstairs. Also, it is an old house that has been rehabbed, so the bathroom does have certain aspects of it that are still that of an older house. But...

"Amazing location! We came for a wedding that was located on Rennie Lake, about 10 Minutes from our vacation rental. All we could think about was how much we wanted to return to our location so we could enjoy a peaceful sunset. "Great location, walking/biking distance to restaurants and breweries in Traverse City. The bakery next door was clutch! We loved being about to walk to the waterfront on Grand Traverse Bay (about 10 minutes), as well as restaurants in the nearby Oakwood neighborhood.The property is well-maintained, clean, and cutely decorated. We have an older pup, and the steps to this unit were a bit steep for him, so next time we'd opt for the first-floor unit."

"Our family of five, including 3 middle school boys and our dog, had a great stay! We loved the hot tub (and even got to do a little stargazing :)). It was so nice to have dog bowls and doggy bags, washing machine and dishwasher. The host even had towels at the door for hot tub time! The descriptions were so helpful for our preparations. The host checked on us right when we got in, and she was so responsive and kind when we had questions. We loved how this spot was right between Sleeping Bear...
