"Everything was ez and comfortable. Quick 5 minute walk down to the river or 5 minute drive to the “slab”. Longhorn caverns is ez 20 minute drive. Plenty of kitchen spices,cookware etc. "

"This is a beautiful home right on the lake, private pool. There was ample sleep space for our kids and grandkids. We would love to return! Boat Town Burgers right next door too. "

"From the very start, this property was great. The communication was quick and friendly. The propane grill had some issues and there wasn't any shampoo or soap in the bathroom so everyone had greasy hair all weekend, but we had a great time. The location was perfect, and the house was one of the nicest we have ever stayed at. Would highly recommend!"

The house is great, but we spent most of our time outside on the patio and in the pool. The shade over the pool was great in the hot Texas sun. We did a lot of our own cooking, and found the kitchen to be well appointed.If you are looking for a place with waterfront and a pool in central Texas, this is the place!"

"The home was perfect for our family get away. Plenty of space to spread out with 8 adults and 7 children under the age of 7. It was equipped with nice amenities and the pool area had nice furniture to lounge in. "

"The house was perfect for our family of 15 adults and one infant. A couple of minor issues with pool but otherwise everything worked and we had loads of options on the property, pool, dock, hot tub, firepit, kayaks ans more"
