Spend your days swimming, fishing, paddling, boating, or relaxing by the water. In the evenings, gather for dinner, games, and sunset views from the lake-facing outdoor spaces. With room for up to 12 guests, this home is designed for family lake weekends, multi-generational trips, and relaxed group getaways.

The home features comfortable indoor gathering spaces, a full kitchen, lake-facing outdoor areas, and direct access to Lake LBJ. Guests can enjoy the private dock, kayaks, paddle boards, open-water views, sunset-facing outdoor spaces, and a game room for evenings or rainy days.

The home sleeps up to 12 guests across 4 private bedrooms plus an open loft sleeping area.

• Primary Bedroom, Main Floor: King bed with en-suite bathroom and TV — Sleeps 2
• Bedroom 2, Main Floor: Queen bed — Sleeps 2
• Bedroom 3, Main Floor: Two twin beds — Sleeps 2
• Bedroom 4, Downstairs: King bed with couch and TV — Sleeps 2. This room is very private, with direct access to the lower patio and lake. There is also a sleeper sofa in this room, but it is not counted in the official bed count.
• Bedroom 5, Loft: Three twin beds and one trundle — Sleeps 4. This open loft sleeping area is best suited for kids, teens, or a family group. It is not an enclosed private bedroom.

WATER ACCESS
Step outside to enjoy direct Lake LBJ access, a private dock, dual jet ski ramps, three kayaks, two paddle boards, and two Lily Pad floating mats. Spend the day swimming, paddling, fishing, relaxing on the dock, or heading out by boat.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have access to the entire house, backyard, private dock, lakefront areas, kayaks, paddleboards, Lily Pad mats, and dual jet-ski ramps.

Pets are not allowed at this property. If evidence of pets is found, an automatic $500 charge will be applied.

Please note: Bedroom 5 is an open loft sleeping area with three twin beds and a trundle. It is open to the home and best suited for kids, teens, or a family group. It is not an enclosed private bedroom.
