Recently renovated, this 4 bedroom 3 bath home has plenty of space for everyone. New wide open COMMERCIAL grade park slide! You can enjoy the large shaded backyard, entertain on the covered upper deck of the boat dock, swim, slide down the brand new Commercial grade Open slide, take out one of the 6 complimentary kayaks, use the lily pad, sit by the fire pit, play a game of ping pong, and lots of other fun activates to create the perfect memories with your friends and family. MAXIMUM 14 guests and 5 parked cars at all time - Please email me for any exceptions.

***COVID PRECAUTIONS - In additional to extensive cleaning/washed linens, all guests are supplied prepackaged new sponge/dish washing pods, and prepackaged washing machine pods***

Memories we won't soon forget...

We wanted sun, fun, comfort, convenience, relaxation, and adrenaline. We got it ALL and we have the memories and the photos to prove it!I could ramble on for hours about everything we did and saw, but the bottom-line is we are super happy with our choice, and we enjoyed the Kingsland, TX and surrounding communities.

Perfect get away

Lake LBJ Memories was the perfect property for our family get away! It had so many items that the adults and teenagers just loved, from the slide, to the jumping platform, kayaks and Lilly pad. Owners and property manager were all very accommodating and everything was as advertised. We hope to be back for more memory making

Wonderful Family Vacation

I was absolutely amazed with what the property managers were able to do to get this place ready for renters. With the major flooding and debris, we were worried that we wouldn’t be able to enjoy the lake. The property managers power washed the entire dock and deck area and the wonderful neighbors used their jet ski to clear out all of the debris so that my family and I were able to use the slide, boat dock, and lake access!

Our second stay here

There were 14 of us with 5 grandkids. Everyone lives staying here. The kids and grandkids love the slide and jumping from the second level of the dock. At night, the boys fish off the dock. The house was very nice, slept everyone. We all want to come back next summer for a third time. You won't regret staying here.

Perfect relaxing getaway

The property was absolutely amazing house was wonderful big enough for our family to have plenty of room and kid absolutely loved the ping pong table. Water side couldn’t have gotten much better with the jump and the water slide and Lilly pad had so many activities to do to keep everyone busy!!!! Only problem we had was with the neighbors don’t know if they were owners or renters but had problems with their group using our property that we rented as their own had a soccer game that we had to walk through almost getting hit a few times and as we were relaxing down by the dock they would walk through our area acting like the owned the place without regard to us again renting the property the adults never came up to us or anything to show regard of their kids having free rein. Once I contacted the property manager the behavior of the neighbors changed they stopped walking through our property which was nice and we got to enjoy what we rented!!!! Fishing from the dock was pretty good caught a few nice blues

Our Annual Family Trip

This is the fifth year we have taken a family trip to LBJ and it continues to be one of the highlights of our year! This is the first year we have stayed at Lake Memories and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The outside amenities are wonderful -- kids loved the slide, jumping platform and fire pit. The inside was very spacious and we especially liked the ping-pong table being inside since it provided lots of opportunities for family competitions while out of the heat. The living area and kitchen were bright and large enough for all of us. Bedrooms were good-sized -- suggest being sure to bring your own pillow. We're already looking forward to next summer!

Easter Weekend

The house was well-equipped for our large group and we had all we needed to enjoy an amazing long weekend with family and friends. Neighborhood was quiet, neighbors were friendly and the lake with boat house were perfect! Will look for another chance to come back soon

Nice lake life getaway

This is a nice property that checks a lot of boxes for a good family getaway lake life house. The slide, jumping platform, lilly pad, kayaks, etc on the lake were excellent to hang out for the whole family. The house is solid if not super luxurious. The pictures are accurate and reflective. The bunkroom is great for the kids. Note, the house is a little noisy with all of the solid flooring and not great soundproofing. It could benefit from a few rugs in the bedrooms and other areas. It was a but pricey for the holiday weekend although we booked late. 4 stars for the price to value but overall a good property with great on lake ammenities

Friends and Family at the Lake

This property was amazing for a long weekend stay for 2 families with children. There were lots of water amenities including kayaks and a lily pad. The water slide and jumping platforms were a blast for the kids! It was also very nice to have access to a boat slip for easy storage. The inside of the house had plenty of room to spread out as well as enjoy large group meals. We loved the property, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Perfect spot on the lake/river

Our family loved the open space - living room, kitchen, dining room, game room area. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. We took advantage the outside patio which shaded by a beautiful oak tree. We will be back!!!

Fun Family Weekend, Perfect Location

We truly enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect as it is so close to the main Kingsland area by both car and boat. The slide and access to jump off the dock were perfect for the younger adults and 16-year-old. We all loved the openness of the living/kitchen area and the ping pong table, too!

Special Father’s Day weekend

Great accommodations, everything was just as listed Nice neighborhood Great location on the lake Peggy the property manager was great, easy to communicate with! One of the ac was not cooling on Saturday, I texted Peggy and there was a AC guy there within an hour and got the problem fixed and all worked fine We will be back

Spring Break 2023

This was a perfect house for 3 adults and 5 teens. The kids loved the water slide, jumping off the top deck and kayaking. The ping ping table was also a hit along with the spacious living room & kitchen.

Great Experience

Beautiful home on the Llano

We had 10 people, six adults and four kids 8 to 13, and everyone had a great time! Layout was perfect for our group. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had what we needed to cook with, plenty of bath towels. Slide, Kayaks and lily pad were so fun. We brought a 26’ boat and the dock and lift accommodated it well. Big grassy area to play in and friendly neighborhood. Highly recommend, we plan to stay here again!

Great family vacation place!

Loved the dock area... great fun for the grandkids with the slide, lilly pad, kayaks, upper deck. House is clean and comfy and roomy! Only 2 small complaints ... the echo in the house is SO annoying! PLEASE put in some cutains or another rug or something soft to absorb the sound! Other thing, really could use some more shelves in kitchen/living area ... we bring a lot of things (games, toys, etc) to the lake and need a place to put some of it! And some empty cabinets for groceries and cookware would be awesome! Had all our paper plates/cups, seasonings, snacks, canned goods, cookware, fruit, etc on the counters because there was no place to store them!
