Along with that beautiful beach, Heacham is packed with shops, takeaways, cafes and inns but venture a little further and you will find a coastline strung with pretty habitats including stripey cliffs, salt and clay marshes, beaches for days and picturesque quays and harbours. The area is packed with history too with Castle Acre, Castle Rising, The Hanseatic Quarter of Old Kings Lynn and the Holkham, Houghton and Sandringham Estates all within easy reach. And when it comes to wildlife you will be spoilt for choice with RSPB Titchwell and Snettisham Marshes close by too.
