INSIDE THE HOME

As soon as you step into this cozy cabin, you’ll feel right at home. The living room is bright and cozy, with beautiful furnishings and little details that nod to the mountain cabin atmosphere. The stone fireplace is the focal point of the room and adds a romantic and cozy touch, keeping you warm on winter nights when it’s piled up with snow. Curl up with a good book, watch a movie on the large TV, or spend the night talking! The dining area is unique and stylish, with benches along the wall under the window—perfect for a romantic dinner with lovely views. The kitchen is a lovely, bright space with vintage details and knotted wood cupboards, complemented by stainless steel appliances.

The bedroom features a queen bed, bright white shiplap walls, and plenty of storage space, giving it a cozy cabin feel. In this room, you’re sure to have a great night’s sleep so you can wake up refreshed and ready to enjoy all the recreation in the area. The bathroom is a bright and spacious four-piece bathroom.

Outside, you can relax and enjoy the beautiful nature that surrounds you. The peace and quiet of the area make it the perfect place to soak away the evening in the hot tub, enjoy the sunset, and relax after a long day of adventuring.

LOCATION and AMENITIES

Located between Kings Beach and Crystal Bay, the Treehouse is in an ideal location on Lake Tahoe. In the summer, it's just a five-minute drive from the beach, and golfing at Brockway Golf Course is just around the corner. The Brockway Golf Course is known for its stunning views of Lake Tahoe, as well as its challenging layout that caters to golfers of all skill levels.

There are also hiking and mountain biking trails nearby, such as the Tahoe Rim Trail and Stateline Fire Lookout, which offers panoramic views of the lake. In the winter, you're just a short distance from North Lake Tahoe and Northstar for skiing, snowboarding, and alpine recreation.

Treehouse Tahoe Cabin is also just a short distance from the Cal-Neva and Crystal Bay Casinos, along with local shops and restaurants. If you're in the mood to explore further, downtown Truckee is just a short drive away and offers a charming blend of historic and contemporary shops, restaurants, and galleries.

- Maximum Occupancy: 2
- Parking Spot: 1; During snowfall, street parking is not allowed due to snow removal. All vehicles must be parked off the street promptly so plows can operate.
- Maximum 2 pets allowed and $65/pet fee must be paid before check-in.
- Access to the loft is closed due to the steep ladder.
- Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November-May.
- In the winter, snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required. If your car is not equipped with both, please be sure to have chains.
- We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM, as required by Placer county regulations.
- Full Terms and Conditions are supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation.
- Rental Agreement contract is required for booking to be confirmed and must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation.
- One camera looks onto the walkway and stairs up to the house.
*Agreement must be signed by occupants aged 25 or older.
