• PARKING: Limited to 4 vehicles (fewer when snow conditions exist). Street parking is never permitted.



• DISCLOSURES: *Wildlife in area. It is possible to have bears, coyotes, raccoons on property and at times, mice or even bats found in homes in the area.





Home has 3 stories: The bottom level houses a family room with a Pool Table, couches, movies and a streaming TV plus a laundry room, and a queen bedroom with newly remodeled ensuite 3/4 bathroom with shower. 



Middle floor is where the main action takes place. There's a galley style kitchen, pantry, dining area, living room with cozy couch and love seat, flat screen TV with cable and a wood burning fireplace. Off of the living space there is a fairly large deck with a gas BBQ and patio seating for the family to enjoy a meal overlooking the forest. This floor also has two bedrooms, the first with a queen bed and the second with two twin beds.  These rooms share a full bathroom that is just out in the main hallway.



The top level of the home has a loft area that serves as a play area with a card table and another sofa.  The last of the 4 bedrooms is also on this floor and is the master suite with a queen bed, twin bed, wood stove plus ensuite full bathroom.
