Upon your arrival at the Chateau Chamonix complex, drive towards the lake and park in spot 37. Get ready for your adventure as you're greeted by breathtaking views of the lake that set the tone for an unforgettable stay. To reach Condo 37, follow the nearby stairs on your left, turn right at the landing, and stroll along the picturesque path leading to your beautifully remodeled bi-level retreat, tailored for comfort and mountain living at its finest.

Step inside to an open-concept main floor that harmoniously blends the kitchen, dining, and living areas into one bright and inviting space. The contemporary kitchen boasts striking green granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, equipped with everything you need for effortless meal prep. Enjoy meals or game nights at the chic round dining table, comfortably seating six. The cozy living room serves as the perfect spot to unwind, complete with an inviting gas fireplace, a smart TV, and sliding glass doors that open to a semi-private balcony. There is no beach access directly from inside of the condo (including the balcony or bedrooms). To reach the private lakefront beach, please walk around the building and take the stairs down.

-Bedroom 2: Twin over queen bunk bed with twin trundle, ensuite bath and laundry unit
Parking: One dedicated parking spot for unit 37, plus a guest pass for visitor spots

The kayaks in the photos are not available for guest's use, they are other Owner's property. There are 6 beach chairs and 6 beach towels for your use
