"We can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. Never experienced stars and sunrise in such a clear and pure way. It was a great feeling to be disconnected from the world and enjoy this gorgeous earth. We had tough time finding it in the dark, so we do suggest going there during the day light. "The owner was very attentive to us and was so pleasant to speak with. Even before we arrived; in the directions it stated watch out for Cows, that was a fact. Free range cattle every where, with cattle guards all along the roads and bold writing on pavement. You Will need a high clearance vehicle to traverse the terrain. "This is a new home in a great quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and the owner had snacks in tbt kitchen and bottled water in the fridge. I highly recommend staying here. We will be back when traveling through Kingman again."

On arrival we called the contact number (owner lives in Tennessee) and before we could get him to answer the phone we discovered the key box on the door knob was not locked and the entry key was inside.
