Upon arrival with my wife about 8:30 pm the provided entry code was incorrect so could not unlock door. No cell service so could not call local help number (or 877 number from reservation) posted on the wall near the unit. Thinking we could login to the provided network name and password and then use WiFi calling BUT NO. Didn’t work either. Now we are thinking we got scammed. The unit is conveniently in the same building as the very good Trufulio’s restaurant. Inquiring there we were lucky that the rental unit manager was in the restaurant. He was able to call the owners and we found out the code we were given was wrong, it felt like they blamed us for having the wrong code! No apologies offered either. Glad we didn’t arrive at midnight, we would have been sleeping in the car. Later we figured out the provided network name was actually the password and the password provided was the UN. Arriving during the Olympics we were looking to tune in. No dice…. Had to stream using my phone and cables in my possession to finally relax about 10:00 pm having missed much of it. Unit was fine, mattress soft but got the job done. Furnishings very basic. Toilet runs. Best thing is Trufulios.
