Step out your door to Sugarloaf Ski Resort! Base area condo.

Just steps to everything Sugarloaf offers. Only 300' from The Base Lodge. Our condo has some of the most amazing views on the mountain. The unit is located on the 3rd floor of an elevator serviced building, and it is bright and airy with lots of windows. You will look directly at the mountain, and the Whiffletree lift is directly in front of the building for unparalleled convenience. Take the elevator down to the ski locker, put your boards on, and walk 50' to the Whiffletree Lift and away you go. At the end of the day, sit on the couch and relax for Apres Ski while you take in the views on the super comfy couch. Stay in and cook dinner in the well equipped kitchen, or take a two minute stroll over to the base area and Main Street to find all the restaurants and nightlife that Sugarloaf offers. The bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and a twin over twin bunk bed, so it will easily accommodate a family of 5. The living room has a 55" TV, and the bedroom has a 42" TV, and both offer Netflix YouTubeTV and Prime Video. The bathroom is a full bath and has a jacuzzi tub. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to whip up lunch or dinner. There is a coin-operated laundry room on the first floor of the building to dry out anything that gets wet on those powder days. Parking for one car right in front of the building. The unit was recently completely freshened up and is ready for your next ski getaway.

It’s Perfect

This is the perfect spot for a stress free ski weekend. The location might be the best on the mountain providing the easiest Ski In/Out experience I’ve ever had. The condo was clean and comfortable. We are all looking forward to next year where we will hopefully be able to stay more than just 1 weekend.

Mid-February Ski Trip

We loved the condo and its location! It was so convenient to be able to come and go as my kids needed for “warming and snack breaks”. The condo was cozy and had everything we needed for the week. We loved watching the Whiffletree lift get set up in the morning and loved watching the snowcats groom the mountain at night. The condo’s location couldn’t be more convenient and we made the quick walk over to base lodge for dinner, drinks, and live music almost every night. It was a fantastic trip! Can’t wait to book it again next year!

Another Awesome Stay

This was our third stay at the condo and it is always perfect. We would not hesitate to stay here again. This really is as close as you can get to sleeping on a ski lift.

Always a Pleasure

We absolutely adore this ski in/ski out flat! This is our second time renting it. The location couldn't be more perfect, allowing us to hit the slopes right from our doorstep. The flat itself is cozy, well-maintained, and has everything we need for a comfortable stay. The owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the booking process smooth and hassle-free. We're already looking forward to coming back next season!

Our family had a great time at this condo! The owners communicated before the trip all information we needed to access the unit. The unit was clean with all items you would need for a short stay. The close proximity to the lift and resort amenities really set this unit apart from others. We can’t wait to stay again!

This is the perfect place to stay for skiing. I have no complaints about the condo or Richard the owner. If it is available, I would not hesitate to book it. I really hope to be back for a third visit.

Wonderful!

Wow! What a special place!!!. We loved everything about this cozy condo (comfy beds/sofa; well stocked kitchen; clean; amazing natural light throughout etc. + the owners are super responsive/helpful!) and are not sure how we’ll go back to renting anywhere else. The views are incredible…and the convenience to the slopes is second to none. Our kids loved watching the crews set up in the mornings and counting the groomers in the evenings – such a cool experience. Hope we are lucky enough to stay again…it was such a treat for us all!!

Perfect Ski Stay

This place is as close as it gets to sleeping on the slopes. It really is steps away from the lift. You just have to get your skis out of the provided ski locker and you can start skiing. The condo has an awesome view of the mountain. It was a very cool experience watching the groomers do their thing throughout the night. Richard was quick to respond to any questions and he was very accommodating. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Fantastic on mountain stay

This property was a dream. The location allowed us to get first chair five days in a row! Also perfect for apres - having a few drinks and looking out the window to watch the mountain. No need to look at the grooming report as it’s right in front of you. The condo was clean, fresh and cozy. The beds were very comfortable. We cooked several meals in the well equipped kitchen. I highly recommend this condo!

Perfection!

Everything about this property was wonderful - the location is beyond convenient and we all enjoyed watching the activity out the windows. The condo is pristine and very cozy with enough space to spread out if needed. Beds and linens were extra comfortable and the kids loved the jacuzzi tub! Highly recommend!

Right at the base of one of the chairs at Sugarloaf, you literally ski out the door! Easy parking, locker for skis, spacious accommodation, beautiful view of the mountain, easy access to restaurants - overall fantastic rental!

Wonderful and so relaxing

This is a wonderful property. There is literally no better location on the mountain. It’s convenient to everything and getting out to the slopes couldn’t be easier. The hosts could not have been easier to work with. This will be our go to place when we come back to the mountain.

Awesome location
