"Wonderful stay. Kind staff at breakfast and dinner, all were amazing. Check in had a few blips with the system picking up the wrong number of people and the wrong room but was quickly fixed. One point I would make is it’s incredibly difficult to find the hotels parking - no signposting meant we went into another much more expensive parking lot. I would definitely stay again, the staff and cleanliness make it a no brainer."

"It was a great place to stay to be close to our event we did there.
Our room had issues with the shower drain not going down fast enough, so water got all over the bathroom floor. The AC vent flap wouldn't stay up so we had to use thick paper to shove in the side to help it stay up."

"Haviam alguns pintores refazendo a fachada do hotel, porém estes pintores cruzavam todas as manhas a minha varanda, olhando o tempo todo para dentro. Situação absurda para um hotel desse porte. A situação se manteve mesmo depois de avisar a gerente. As arrumadeiras entram no quarto sem avisar, ainda que você esteja dentro e não tenha solicitado a arrumação. Acomodações e localização são muito boas!"
