"I was looking for a comfortable place to stay with my son and his friends who were playing in a nearby volleyball tournament. The house was just as described and had everything we needed for cooking in, relaxing outside, and grilling. I was very pleasantly surprised with the neighborhood in Phoenixville. "Loved our stay here, everything was great. Wonderful ammenities from the kitchen supplies to the games in the basement and great environment. Be sure to be clear who is coming as home has had issues with parties. We weren't partying so no problem for us. Would 100% stay here again"

The Stoltzfus Family were wonderful hosts, the animals and thriving garden were a joy to behold, the bed(s) were comfy, the kitchen was stocked both necessities and bonuses, and everything was in good working order. "We stayed for a long weekend during my sons wedding in West Chester. The farmhouse was perfect, tons of room for multiple generations and family members. The 2 kitchens were great. We also enjoyed to outdoor aspects of the property, the neighborhood was wonderful but you still felt like you were in the country sitting on the patio or even the front porch. Definitely recommend"
