Guests will have access to the entire private condo except for an owners closet. Guest have access to the pool overlooking the lake.

Other Things to Note:
For boat slips and parking the closest Marina is only 5 minutes away at Port of Kimberling Marina.

We love our pets and know you do too! But please no pets of any kind.

Maximum occupancy is 6 guest. After 6 guests, $25 per person, per night

The condo does not have direct walk out waterfront access. It is top floor and you have to walk around building to access water.
