"The property itself was fine. Clean, fresh, updated. Small kitchen with limited counter space. Lots of stairs to get to the property - not a problem for us, but to be noted. Good space for the 5 of us for a short weekend on the lake. Very much enjoyed the boat slip that was included as well as the property amenities (spectacular for a family with children of all ages!). When searching for the property, the location pin is on the other side of the bridge, which is one of my primary reasons...

"Absolutely beautiful and spacious house! We had 10 people plus a baby with us for a lake weekend, there was plenty of room and had a great time. The kids enjoyed having their own room. The hosts were very responsive and provided timely responses to our questions and concerns. My daughter asked specifically what brand of conditioner was provided and the hosts graciously found out and let me know.The only callout is the number of spider webs found inside. The neighborhood is under construction,...

"Small but very clean. Great area. Pool is wonderful. Also so handy to have a boat slip. Contact with managers was awesome and quick. Def would go back. Great location in Kimberling. All resort property was so clean and well kept. "

"Ill start with the only thing that I would change if I could. The roads to the place were narrow and I was pulling a bass boat. If you have a larger boat it might be interesting navigating. Everything else was great. The place was clean.. secluded.. near the water.. and very peaceful. They have a community area where my teens played pool and ping pong. They have a pool to swim in also. I would definitely stay there again. Parking is limited.. so I would recommend one vehicle."

"We came to Vacay at Branson while staying here looked very nice and relaxing and lets just say My kids rathered staying there then going out and adventuring! This place was awesome and fit everyone comfortably! The hosts were very accommodating and quick to answer when u have any questions! Will def be back! "We only stayed for one night, but it was perfect for our family of five. All 3 of our kids had their own beds in the second bedroom, which worked out great for us. It was cute and comfortable and had everything we needed. "

"Stayed on a Monday thru Thursday. A very nice condo, clean and loaded for a comfortable stay. Very quiet, didn’t hear the neighbors. Nice view of the lake. Close enough to everything we needed without all the congestion. Very happy with the host and accommodations."

"This cabin is in a very woodsy area and tucked away from the city and busy streets. The beds and bathrooms were clean which is #1 for me. I loved that there were TVs in each bedroom and the living room. The kitchen was just right and had everything we needed. The pool was also clean and perfect for my teens but it also had a baby pool if you have smaller children. "

"The property was clean and well maintained. Easy check in and check out. We had a couple of issues when we first arrived but maintenence was out to see us in less than an hour and got everything going again. We enjoyed our stay. "
