There was no on-site staff, no map, and no clear directions, which made it extremely difficult to find both our room and boat slip. "This unit is managed and rented through RentBranson.com, which I did not realize when booking. Highly recommend booking direct with them because we got charged VRBO fees and RentBransom.com fees. The unit itself was as expected and we enjoyed the 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The bedrooms and hallway are carpeted. Definitely time to pull that up and go hardwood/tile. At times there was a musty, old carpet smell. We had issues with the AIr Conditioning. During our 3 night stay we were without air...
