We invite you and your family to golf, ski, fly fish, raft, snowboard, hike or bike and experience the Best Small Town in BC. We have 7 great golf courses within 25 mins driving time of our 16 properties.

Access to all the skiing, biking, hiking, fishing and chilling you can handle at the Kimberley Alpine Resort.
Sullivan Stone 18 is a beautiful 3-bedroom condominium/townhouse. The unit is cozy, warm and has everything you will need for that perfect family, multi-family or group getaway. Just bring some food, drink and friends. The kitchen has all of the modern appliances you'll need, comfortable living space and great beds. It is one of the best places to stay on the hill. With a private hot tub on deck, who could ask for more?!

We arrived to the fireplace on, a defuser, wine and chocolates and a lovely note from the rental company. What a lovely welcome. We had great communication all along and were reminded that they were there for anything we needed. The unit has a wonderful view and is very comfortable. The location is great for skiing.

Our stay here was pretty great. The main living area was on the middle floor and for grandma, it was a lot of stairs. The property was very clean and the wine with chocolate and the personal card really made the stay feel more like home.

Make skiing fun again
Ski in ski out makes skiing and snowboarding fun again! Everything was great. There is a slow cooker in the kitchen that we used to make chilli. Lots of towels and shampoo/conditioner/soap in the showers as well. The oven runs a little slow so something to consider when planning and prepping meals for your crew! Would stay again 👍

Smooth process booking and checking in. House was not perfectly clean but still decent. The layout worked really well for two families with young children. Proximity to the ski hill was awesome. Overall it was very satisfactory and would consider rebooking in the future.
