THE SPACE
This cozy mid-century modern chalet has been newly designed and refurnished with your comfort in mind. Close to everything Killington has to offer, the location makes getting home after a day of adventure quick and easy. Take in the views from the brand new hot tub or while you sip your coffee or tea out on one of the large decks or the top private balcony every morning. Make memories with family and friends in the game room downstairs equipped with a dry bar, foosball, board games, oversized Connect 4 and jumbo Jenga or around the the outdoor fire pit.

NOTE
The Overlook is located off a gravel road and the driveway has a steep hill down to the chalet that can be difficult to drive back up if the vehicle requirements are not met in the winter. Driving vehicles that do not meet the requirements is at your own risk. Towing services will be at your own expense.

We ask that you apply 1 of the provided pre-made cups of shock to the hot tub after each use so it remains clean for your entire stay.

Please do not use the swing set at the property.

There are two cameras on the property for security purposes only, one is located at the front door and the other is overlooking the driveway facing away from the house. There are no cameras overlooking the hot tub area in anyway, your privacy is of the utmost importance to us.
