The Suites at Killington is a two room condo that features a main studio with full kitchen and bath as well as private master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, large closet and laundry area with washer/dryer.

• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• The outdoor pool is open during the summer months (Memorial Day to mid-September) from 8am to 8pm.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
• Water Note: This property uses a state-regulated private well, typical for Killington. The water is regularly tested and suitable for everyday household use (showers, washing, etc.); however, naturally occurring minerals in the local geology, including iron and manganese, may cause a metallic smell or discoloration and staining of fixtures. Complimentary bottled water is provided for all drinking and cooking.
