Open the balcony door and Pico Mountain is right there. Summit View at Pico sits on the third floor of Building D at Village Square, a convenient spot for early starts at Pico and an easy return when the boots come off. Killington Resort is about a 10-minute drive away.

The 700-square-foot condo sleeps four. The private bedroom has a queen bed and opens directly to the balcony. A sofa bed in the living room sleeps two more guests. Cold evening? Settle in by the fireplace, put something on TV, and check tomorrow's conditions over WiFi.

The kitchen is open to the living area, so meals still feel social. It has a breakfast bar, refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, and air fryer. The full bathroom has a combined tub and shower. Ski storage gives your gear a place to dry between mountain days.

Onsite EV charging is available. Guests may also purchase day passes for the Pico Sports Center gym and pool in the same complex. Mountain schedules and seasonal transportation can change, so check current details before arrival.

• Standard check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 10 AM.
• Contactless entry details appear in your Boarding Pass before check-in.
• Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM.
• Smoking and vaping are not allowed in the home or within 75 feet of the building.
• Pets are not allowed. Unauthorized pets are subject to a $750 charge.
• The primary renter must be at least 25 and must sign the rental agreement.
• Winter travel insurance, all-wheel drive, and winter tires are recommended.

The Village Square at Pico Condo Association is a family-oriented community primarily used by owners and committed to the peaceful, safe and quiet enjoyment of their residences. While the Association allows rentals and encourages guests to enjoy their visit, they have implemented certain rules related to the use and enjoyment of the units. These rules allow the Association to issue fines and take other actions particularly as it relates to the enforcement of the minimum age requirement of 25, "Quiet Hours" from 9 PM until 8 AM and their no pet policy. The Association will try to resolve issues through the owner or rental agency in the first instance but reserves the right to take action in real time as circumstances require. In short, please respect your neighbors while you are a guest in these condos.
