Ski-in/Ski-out at Pico | 3BR for 8, Fireplace, Balcony & Killington Shuttle

Ski-in/ski-out access to Pico puts the mountain on your doorstep, with a shuttle to Killington for days at the neighboring resort. Start the morning with coffee on the balcony overlooking the resort grounds, then return to the wood-burning fireplace after a day outside. Pico Fireside has two queen bedrooms and a bunk room for four at Pico Mountain Resort. Up to eight guests can stay together without turning the living room into a bedroom.

Stretch out on the sectional for a movie while dinner cooks nearby. The kitchen opens to the living area, with three stools at the breakfast counter and a dining table beside the windows. You can cook and catch up with the group without moving between separate rooms.

The covered private balcony looks toward the wooded hillside across the base area. A sliding door connects it directly to one of the queen bedrooms.

The condo is on the second floor and is reached by stairs. Entry is by smart lock; your Boarding Pass contains the arrival instructions.

Sleeping layout:

- Bedroom 1: one queen bed, with direct access to the walk-in shower bathroom
- Bedroom 2: one queen bed, with balcony access
- Bedroom 3: two bunk beds, with four sleeping spots
- Two full bathrooms: one with a walk-in shower and one with a tub/shower combination
- Maximum occupancy: eight guests

The bunk room has a dresser and cubby storage for unpacking. In the bathrooms, choose between a walk-in shower with a built-in seat and a tub/shower combination. Both have a vanity and toilet.

Cook at home in the kitchen, with a refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware and dishes. Leave jackets and outdoor equipment on the entryway hooks and gear rack. WiFi, linens and towels are included. A washer and dryer are inside the condo. Parking is in the shared condominium lot.

The condo is at Pico Mountain Resort in Killington, Vermont. Enjoy ski-in/ski-out access to Pico or take the shuttle to Killington. A car is useful for restaurants, hiking and other outings. Ski access depends on snow conditions and mountain operations. Check the current shuttle schedule and pickup details before making plans.

Fit in a workout or swim at Pico Sports Center, just a short walk across the parking lot. Gym and pool access requires a separate day pass and depends on current hours and availability. It is not included in the rental.

House rules:

- Maximum occupancy is eight guests.
- The primary renter must be at least 25 and sign the rental agreement.
- Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM. Please respect neighboring residents.
- No pets, parties or events.
- No smoking or vaping inside or within 75 feet of the building.

Pico HOA Rules
The Village Square at Pico Condo Association is a family-oriented community primarily used by owners and committed to the peaceful, safe and quiet enjoyment of their residences. While the Association allows rentals and encourages guests to enjoy their visit, they have implemented certain rules related to the use and enjoyment of the units. These rules allow the Association to issue fines and take other actions particularly as it relates to the enforcement of the minimum age requirement of 25, "Quiet Hours" from 9 PM until 8 AM and their no pet policy. The Association will try to resolve issues through the owner or rental agency in the first instance but reserves the right to take action in real time as circumstances require. In short, please respect your neighbors while you are a guest in these condos.
