THE MAIN LEVEL (FIRST FLOOR)
• This floor acts as the primary social anchor with a vaulted living room a gas fireplace and a smart TV for movies.
• A secondary lounge is located immediately off the living area providing a quiet corner for reading or conversation.
• The floor includes a fully equipped kitchen a bar area and an integrated group dining space.
• Practical features include a mudroom, two bedrooms - each with a Queen mattress, and a full bathroom.

THE UPPER LEVEL (SECOND FLOOR)
• This quiet upper level includes a loft with a dedicated desk for remote work.
• Sleeping quarters feature one private Queen bedroom and one flexible Twin/Bunkroom.
• A full bathroom serves this level.

THE LOWER LEVEL (GROUND FLOOR)
• This floor serves as a dedicated games and social area for kids or teens.
• Features a third living area a second full kitchen and additional dining seating.
• This level contains one Queen bedroom and one Twin/Bunkroom along with a full bathroom.
• A second mudroom provides additional space for group gear storage.
