Stunning Semi-oceanfront penthouse condo (SP301S - Endless Summer))

Endless Summer is an amazing 3 bedroom - 3 bath penthouse with spacious flat living running the full length of the new Sea Pointe South community. This upscale condo overlooks the beach road and offers wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean from all angles on this top floor condo. Beach access is right across from condos, so beach is just steps (600 ft!) from condo.

Endless Summer has a south facing sun deck off the living area and a west facing deck offering glowing sunsets. A fully equipped and well stocked kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances will delight any accomplished chef and make grandma divulge the secret of her recipe! And for the coffee lover there is a Keurig coffee maker.

All bedrooms are master bedrooms (2 king bedrooms and a bedroom with 2 double full beds). 4 HDTVs, washer/dryer, ceramic tile kitchen and bathrooms, large closets, and elevator leading you up to the private entry for the penthouse.

Walk to The Kill Devil Grill, Beachcomber Tiki Bar, & Miller's Seafood, all within a block of the condo!

Located at milepost 9.5 in Kill Devil Hills, Endless Summer is close to a variety of restaurants and fine shopping. Private community pool. Covered parking. Free WiFi.

Perfect getaway

Property has open-concept living area that was really clean and beautifully decorated with beach decor. Very homey. Bedrooms set down a long hallway. Very quiet for those who sleep in. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great Location

Wonderful condo. Three BR, each with its own bathroom was a nice plus. Very quiet rooms. Great view of the ocean and easy walk across the street. Right in the heart of KDH and a quick walk to restaurants and brewery next door. Lovely furnishings and lot thoughtful books and toys for my 3 young grandchildren. Enjoyed the pool and sitting on the balcony in the evenings. Thanks for a great week!

Great Condo!

We had an amazing stay! We really enjoyed the location of the condo, you can’t beat being right across the street from the beach! The condo was very clean and felt brand new. It was also very quiet! We were a bit nervous staying in a condo but it felt like we had a whole house. We didn't love sharing a pool but it wasn’t that busy so it wasn’t a big deal in the end. We also had some trouble checking in (the door code didn’t work at first) but the property manager was very easy to work with and they fixed the code within minutes of contacting them. We would definitely stay here again!

Our experience was very positive. Elevator was pretty slow but was glad to have one.

It looked a lot bigger online and I think I would remove all the rug because it’s easy to trip on them. We were all very comfortable in the unit and it was very clean. The balcony was nice and useable because it wasn’t very hot.

Great Location and Views

We’ve stayed in OBX for 50+ years and this is one of the best Ocean side rentals! Located in the heart of OBX close to everything. Top floor condo with private deck had fantastic view of ocean, beach road, and sunsets. Lots of living space here. Perfect-sized pool for the condo. Liked using the code system better than keys (the 10 digit door code took days to memorize, though). Wished we could have checked in earlier than 4 pm. We would definitely stay here again!

Well worth it!

This place was exactly as described!! We were so pleased. There was plenty of room for our 3 children to play and spread out, while the adults had the main area. We would definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Great looking property but not so great everything else

This was a real mixed bag for me. The penthouse condo is very roomy and updated with modern touches but that is where it kind of stopped impressing me. The property manager was not the owner but someone from a realty company. I spent a long time composing and email politely telling her what was not going well and I got a canned response. That spoke volumes. In summary, be prepared to bring EVERYTHING you need including a sponge for the kitchen, dish soap, hand soap, etc. One email said for me to bring my own paper towels so I packed that and toilet paper but when I got there there was a bag with a roll of paper towels and bathroom tissue - would have been - really cheap stuff so if you want anything better bring your own. They provided one single solitary dishwasher tablet. The linen service they use sent us wrong size sheets, we had to put them on ourselves. The towels were odd sizes and very rough and some were see through. You can peek at the ocean from a short distance through the windows and the front deck but your view is mostly of the Ramada Inn and neighboring businesses and homes. The beach is a very short walk from the property and that is very convenient. The walls are super thin and during the week it was quiet but once Friday night rolled around you could hear the thumping of music and all sorts of noise from the neighborhood so keep that in mind if you are looking for solace. If you need a lot of space this three bedroom three bath condo is the place for you - if you are looking for luxury this is not necessarily the place. I felt like I was imposing on my in-laws - there were notes everywhere about even vacuuming - I don't want to vacuum on my vacation, I don't want to put dishes away and I certainly don't want to have to go shopping for soap so for me this was not the getaway I was after.

I would recommend this unit. It is as described. Kitchen could use a little upgrade in cooking equipment, like pots and pans, knives, etc. but overall good location, easy access and very clean.

Great condo!

I booked this for my husband, his father and uncle for their annual fishing trip. Later in the weekend, I came down with our kids. While we stayed at another house, I did visit this condo. The men loved it and it was nice. Very clean upon arriving. However, I Immediately noticed a very large and long trail of ants enjoying their coffee, tea, sugar and dishes in the sink they had used in the am that day. The trail went around the counters all the way around the dining wall trim and over to The windows. I emailed the rental company right away. I have not received a response as of yet. My husband left that evening to join us after he returned from Fishing. The other men checked out the next day as planned. If it weren’t for the ants, it would get five stars.
