Beautiful OBX "Seaglass" Cottage- Newly Renovated & Close to the Beach

Perfect OBX getaway! This 1966 "Seaglass" beach cottage is very bright and clean, and stocked with all you should need for a great stay! Located at milepost 6, between the beach and the sound, it’s only a few minutes walk in either direction. Beachside, you’ve got the Historic Avalon Pier. And the bike friendly Bay Drive runs along the sound side. Enjoy the beach days, and then watch the sun set and the stars come out over the sound! Experience the best of both worlds, while also enjoying a family friendly neighborhood. The house features a chefs gas range and oven setup, and a large dining table. There’s a beautiful giant oak tree shading the backyard, which also has an outdoor gas grill, table, chairs, and hammock. It’s the perfect setting to share with a few family or friends. The bathroom has a glass tiled standup shower as well as a jacuzzi tub. There are two bedrooms, both with queen size beds, as well as a full sized daybed in the common area. The house has AC throughout. We provide you with a cooler, beach chairs, and boogie boards to enjoy during your stay! We also provide you with the local knowledge to make the most out of your time here!!
