"The studio is in a great Location, not only the resort is beautiful, in front of the beach, with some shops and restaurants around but also Wailua is in the center of the island, easy to go to any direction. The studio is very confortable and charming. I think it can have some small improvements, but it was a very good stay. (The hair driyer was not workig, and a kettle for tea drinkers would be nice)"

"Our stay was incredible! The view from the room was spectacular. And the bed was extremely comfortable. Was also great to have laundry in the room. We did have a few issues with not getting a pickup from the beach when we called, and Wiki pizza closing early due to not enough dough. Otherwise, the stay was amazing and would recommend! "

"This beachfront studio was a great location to stay in the Kapa'a area, with direct access to a beach and ability to watch sunrises every morning. The unit itself was clean, with the king-sized bed taking up most of the main space as well. "Asked for just a little late checkout ( from 10 am to 11am) and it was refused even after many requests. Owner said that he needed the 6 hours to prepare the tiny condo to another guests. Anyway, we left at 10 but returned 10:45 to pick up a bag we forgot. I was expecting to see people cleaning the condo. Surprised to see nobody there yet. Owner missed the chance to be kind. One tip: get a hard copy of the address and directions because 4G/5G doesn’t work in the area. As for the rest, all great!"

"Wonderful place to stay. Had dishwasher detergent, laundry detergents, all shower supplies. Closet with beach chairs, umbrella, even a cooler(we didn't use but there were ice packs in freezer for it) really easy to find, great place to stay to be able to go north and south. Everything was clean and in good condition. Beach was nice sand, a little steep for little children to play in water. We traveled in October, not sure what beach looks like in summer. Close to stores and lots of food options."
