This luxurious Ho’olei Villa is hotel-zoned, located in a gated community, and unaffected by recent proposed legislation—perfect for peace of mind and a worry-free Maui escape.

Designed for indoor-outdoor living, the villa features a spacious open floor plan that flows onto a private lanai with stunning ocean views. Enjoy al fresco dining, a large gas grill, and tropical breezes while watching the sunset. Inside, the top-floor living area opens to a gourmet chef’s kitchen with breakfast bar and premium appliances.

The villa comfortably sleeps the whole family:

Primary Suite (Lower Level): King bed, ensuite with soaking tub, walk-in shower, dual vanities, walk-in closet, private lanai.

Second Suite (Lower Level): King bed, full ensuite, private lanai.

Guest Bedroom (Top Floor): Two full-size beds, private ensuite.

Extras include: central air, washer/dryer, private garage, covered carport, beach chairs, and towels.

Ho’olei amenities: waterfall pool with grotto, sandy keiki area, two jacuzzis, fitness center, covered pavilion, and optional poolside massages. 24-hour gated security ensures peace of mind.

Beach access is directly across the street via the adjacent resort. Guests may dine at resort restaurants and book spa treatments (resort pool access not included).

Island paradise in Comfort

Our villa at Ho’olei was even better than described on line. It was very spacious, with comfortable furniture, modern big screen TV’s in every bedrooom and great room. Excellent WiFi service, fast enough to stream any programming. The kitchen was well equipped including coffee, keurig pods, condiments and spices. Every small appliance one could use including a rice maker. The staff from CB Island vacations gave us excellent pre arrival instructions, met us upon arrival and provided a very detailed walk through. They even called on the second day of our stay to make sure everything was going well. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and each room had a modern en-suite bath, there was also a guest bathroom off the great room. The complex had a very large pool only a few minutes walk from our villa and the beautiful beach at Grand Wailea was only an easy 10 minute walk or few minutes by car. The Villa was also equipped with beach chairs and umbrellas allowing our family to relax in comfort at the beach. Ho’olei is located close to shops, 3 golf courses and many good restaurants. The Villa, amenities and location made for the perfect accommodations for our multigenerational family vacation. We willl definitely stay here again on our next trip to Maui.

Perfect location and well equipped house

The property is as described and comes well equipped, the rooms and space are very nice for being together but also separating. The bedrooms are good sized most beds are comfty except the room with the 2 queens the sleepers there said they felt they were sinking into the bed other beds were fine. The neighbors fed the stray cats outside the lower patios and the cats ended up sitting on the lower level patio furniture which made me not want to sit there which was fine since the upper lanai is the best view for sunset sunrise and ocean views. Walk to the beach was fine walking back to the condo uphill was a challenge for our oldest guest. Minor plumbing issue was resolved quickly and the communication was prompt and very efficient. Overall a great property and would stay here again! Mahalo!

What what an amazing upgrade to a shoe box hotel room times 2 at a resort. Booked last minute and so happy Not only was it economical for Hawaii l it surpassed our expectations of luxury living and playing house for 5 nights making out trip spectacular. After a $250 breakfast, not even a brunch.. we broke out the pots and pans and had gourmet breakfast served and cooked by our teenage son that enjoys being in the kitchen. We ate two amazing dinners on the lanei watching the sunset a couple of times. Nice quiet pool with waterfall and plenty of chairs and a bar if you want to unwind and enjoy a cocktail. Walking distance to Grand Wailea and Wailea mall. Bonus to a long 11 night trip….going home with clean laundry😜. Sunset views at 6:30-7 are amazing!!!!!

Location is perfect, quiet but just a few steps from all the action. Condo is better in person than the pictures, it’s absolutely stunning. Communication with management team is quick and very responsive. Would definitely rent again when in the area.

The home is exactly as pictured! Lovely, large, clean and you can see the Pacific Ocean. Very well-equipped kitchen. Easy walk to the beach through the resort. Excellent gym for the villas and a great pool as well. Good communication with property managers, easy check-in and check-out. Our family of 5 had a great 7-day stay. Exceeded our expectations.

Glorious vacation

This property feels luxurious and has all the amenities that a family could want. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and other gear was very convenient. The pool is amazing and was never busy during our stay. Appliances could use some attention - BBQ not functioning well and the oven takes a strangely long time to heat up. That said, we cooked at “home” a lot and enjoyed the big kitchen.

Beautiful property

The unit was spacious, lovely and in a fantastic location. Views from the top floor are spectacular. The pool in the community is wonderful and is a short walk from this unit. Beach access is only a 10 minute walk from the unit. We appreciated the great communication from the management company and loved our stay here. We would definitely come back.

Maui Visit

Our trip began with a bit of trepidation when we were informed the air conditioning for the living room and kitchen wasn’t working and wouldn’t be repaired until after our stay. And then upon arrival, the ceiling fan in the living room was no longer working. But…….the property managers were terrific! Offered us the option of another unit but we decided to remain and they worked hard to make our stay comfortable. They provided fans and a portable AC unti which worked fine and thenAC in the bedrooms was never impaired. Great job by Allison and Felicity! They went out of their way to ensure our comfort and address any needs/questions we had. The unit is gorgeous and the view is as advertised. The location is fantastic; easy to get to public beaches and beautiful pool. Lots of good restaurants and shops nearby and an easy drive to other parts of the island. We’ll be back and staying here again! Again, kudos to Aliison and Felicity…..and also to the contractors they brought in to help with the AC and the work that was going to be done after we left. Everyone was great! Rob

The property was fantastic as was the communication. The walk to the beach is about 8 minutes and the walk to the store and restaurants is 12-13 minutes. However, the walk back is uphill so just be prepared for that. Everything else was great!

Great Vacation

This was an amazing property to stay at, and I would recommend it to others. The place was spacious, and the kitchen was lovely. Ocean sunsets could be viewed every night from the lanai. The beds and bedding were comfortable and the towels were fluffy. I was delighted to find that the kitchen had a blender in addition to the listed amenities. I would stay here again.

Beautiful villa with an amazing ocean view

We stayed at this Ho’olei residence and loved it. The villa was meticulously cleaned and had all amenities and items one could need. The outdoor kitchen on the lanai was where we spent a lot of our time enjoying the breathtaking view. The overall property is also wonderful with a large pool and short walk to the beach. When we first arrived we had a few questions and they were quickly answered by Allison. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfection in every way

This house was the perfect fit for our family of 5. The view of the beach from the living room is incredible with wall to wall sliding doors. They were very thoughtful to provide us access to beach chairs and a garage closet full of beach toys for the kids. It was extremely spacious and cleaned extremely well prior to our arrival. Air conditioning worked great. Property manager, Allison, was always a text away. We extended our stay by two days and they made that very easy. Ready to go back!
