"I loved the place. Thanks to the staff; Dina, Adeline, the Chef and everyone else. Thank you for making my stay beautiful. I loved the meals as well. I will come back. Highly recommended."

"Excellent location close to the soccer arena was able to catch a game. The restaurant and food is delicious. The staff took great care of me."

"Quarto limpo e acomodação limpa, equipe gentil e solicita. Loalizada numa área muito boa e de fácil acesso a lojas e taxi. O restaurant funciona pro almoço e jantar e as refeilções sao muito boas."

"It is deceptive as it is on a dirty road but the Hotel is very nice. It has good facilities. We found the area quite safe and walked to a good restaurant within 10 minutes. Meals were good. Hotel not in noisy area. Hotel restaurant was good."

"Probably because it was an international event in town, the prices were very high and incompatible with the service provided. Breakfast could be better, as well as shower maintainance. Bed is large and very comfortable, hotel is in a very quiet neighborhood, staff is friendly and the pool seems to be pleasant (although I did not have the time to enjoy it). Evening playlist at the restaurant was definetly the best of my experience."

"Excelent stay, specially about the people, such as Mr. Johnson the manager. The front desk team, ultra efficient and always with a huge smile and kindness. special remark to the restaurant, which is AMAZING, have a proper cuisine touch, by their chef, with excellent soups, meat, hamburguer, The people of the restaurant, so kind and efficient, such as Mrs. Florette, "

The thermostat was set to 20 degrees Celsius so if you need to sleep cooler that wasn't an option. Maybe if the AC was mounted on a wall that blew the air on you at night that would have been better (currently it is...

"Huge room; very clean and quiet. The breakfast was amazing! Wifi was a bit spotty, but that seems to be the norm in most places in Rwanda. "

"I booked 2 apartments for one night before flying on from Rwanda. When we turned up they had no ecord of our booking or of our payment. When i showed the receipt they allowed us to stay. There is no restaurant or bar onsite, but we did get food from their partner restaurant 3 blocks away and it was delicious homemade pasta. We had it in our apartments. The apartments are very spacious and more suited to business clientele or peolle staying for several days or weeks. They have a kitchen, large...
