The apartment was easy to find, the parking was very close by and the hosts did an excellent job of explaining the parking options and check in process. The small kitchen was very efficient and while we only prepared simple meals, the full size fridge and stove top, plus provided plates/cups/glassware would make cooking family meals a breeze. "Overwhelming musty smell upon arrival. Mold in the bathroom. VRBO Care only kicks in once you speak to someone on the phone, we ended up booking a hotel stay instead because the smell was too much for my lungs, I was coughing uncontrollably despite staying outside as long as possible. Host initially responsive to our problem but no solutions (probably AI assistance for immediate responses). After 2 hours of seeking help from the host and VRBO Customer Service, we left, did not stay the night. 18...

"Wir waren zu zweit zehn Tage in der schönen, hellen, ruhigen Einzimmerwohnung. Die kleine Küche, in der wir regelmäßig gekocht haben, ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Das Bad war sehr sauber. Gastgeber Beat ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, vielen Dank!!! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder."
