A secluded farmhouse located directly on the shores of the Kieferer swimming lake at the foot of the Kaiser Mountains, featuring its own dock extending into the lake. The house features a beautifully renovated, spacious vacation apartment with a loft and a large south-facing balcony offering a magnificent view of the Kaiser Mountains and the lake. Our guests can purchase day passes for fishing on the lake (with a valid fishing license) at the tourist information office. The vacation rental is an excellent starting point for both easy and more challenging hikes; it is located near the Inn River ferry and thus offers good access to the Kaiser Mountains. Relaxing bike rides are possible along the Inn River, which runs right next to the house, toward Kufstein and Oberaudorf. In addition, the vacation rental is ideally situated in winter between several ski resorts—such as those in Austria or in Oberaudorf—that cater to all preferences. There are also several cross-country ski trails and toboggan runs in the area.
Our vacation rental on the 1st floor covers approximately 50 m². It is divided into two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a large living-dining area. In the fully equipped kitchenette with a stove, sink, and refrigerator, you can easily prepare all your favorite meals. Each bedroom features a double bed. In the living-dining area, you can wind down on mild fall and winter evenings in front of the flat-screen TV next to the wood-burning stove. From the balcony, you can enjoy the view of the lake and the surrounding mountain panorama. You’re also welcome to bring your pets.
