The Space:

This expansive three-story oceanfront home offers a spacious and comfortable layout designed for families and groups. The home features two primary suites, each outfitted with a king bed and a private ensuite full bathroom. Additional sleeping accommodations include a bedroom with two double beds and another with one queen bed. The third level is designed with kids in mind, featuring three twin bunk beds that sleep six, along with a second living space and a convenient kitchenette—creating the perfect retreat for younger guests to relax and unwind.



The home also includes two additional half bathrooms and a convenient outdoor shower, making it easy to rinse off after a day at the beach.



To make your stay even more enjoyable, a selection of beach gear is available for guest use, so you can spend more time soaking up the sun and less time packing. If you'd like to explore the island, bikes are available to rent prior to your arrival. For a little friendly competition, head to the garage where you'll find a brand-new ping pong table providing fun for guests of all ages.



** Property next door currently under construction expected to be complete by January 2028. We anticipate minimal disruption from the nearby construction, as it's largely screened by mature trees and vegetation, located on the side of the home with very few windows, and subject to Kiawah Island's strict construction ordinances and permitted working hours.

Guests have access to the entire property other than locked owner's closet.

Driving, biking or walking would be the preferred method of transport in this area
