BEACHFRONT COTTAGE is an adorable and original island beach house in every way; great for family and friends. 5 Eugenia is a beautiful,cozy and comfortable place to be. Wake up to gorgeous sunshine, ocean breezes and an amazing view. Our deck in the dunes is an ideal place for morning coffee or evening beverages.The most beautiful beach on the SE coast! Come enjoy a relaxing and restful private beach spot!

This one story house has a two-level deck that faces the ocean with teak lounge chairs and teak outdoor dining table with an umbrella. There is a deck near the ocean on your own private walkway through the dune field. This spot will easily become your favorite! This beach house has very attractive furniture that is comfortable, cozy and pretty. There are four bedrooms with two primary suites. This property has 3 bathrooms and an outdoor shower. The neqly renovated kitchen is fully equipped and even has all new appliances including a aonic ice machine and wine cooler! The dining room table seats eight to ten and is Italian inlaid marble. There are two large new sofas and a coffee table in the living room.

Beach towels and beach chairs are provided. Your dogs are welcome, they must be house trained and well behaved. There is a $200 non-refundable pet fee. Kiawah Island does enforce a leash law. Don't forget the shopping and restaurants like Anson in downtown Charleston. Come enjoy a relaxing and memorable stay at Kiawah!.

My family loves this wonderful little house on the beach, and we all enjoyed our time there. The proximity to the beach makes it a very special. The house is decorated with many wonderful little details and the kitchen is fully updated appointed. Most of our nights there we had family dinners on the back deck - enjoying the beauty of the dunes with the sea breezes.

Beautiful, well equipped, pet friendly, ocean side home.

We had a wonderful week in this lovely, comfortable, and beautifully decorated home. The owner has thought of everything and it worked well for our family of 6 adults. We enjoyed using the great deck and direct access to the beach. Karen was a terrific contact and very responsive. We had a very positive experience and would enjoy visiting again sometime. Thank you!

Exceptional Eugenia

Had a wonderful stay in a nicely furnished home. Lots of amenities with regard to beach chairs, beach towels, etc. and we loved that there was plenty of cleaning products with toddlers and dogs. I would suggest investing in a knife sharpener as they all need a good filing.

Wonderful House with Excellent Management

Our family of 6, with ages 15 to 80, loved this property. The location, with a private walk to the beach, could not be better. The home itself is a classic that is well-maintained and clean. The major update to the house, the kitchen, was very well done - great space, functional (ice maker, wine fridge), and stocked with everything needed for family meals. We were charmed by this home. It is a rare find and one I’d like to repeat. Karen, the property manager was excellent. She provided clear and easy instructions - a pleasure to work with all the way through planning to exit.

Skelton Family Beach Week

It was a great week. The house was beautiful and we loved the furnishings and decor. The kitchen was awesome. It had updated appliances and lovely dishes and flatware. We especially enjoyed the ice maker and wine fridge. Staying right on the beach is so convenient. We didn’t miss a sunrise and our grandchildren loved running back and forth. We will definitely be back.

Second Time was Even Better than First

We-Myself,my wife and our pet Lab Retrievers stayed here Spring 2023. We raved about our stay then. We came back last week and had a great time. House is spotless. Wonderful kitchen. Well stocked with any utensil you might need. Back patio porch with umbrella and a sun deck. Weber Grill ready to go. Private boardwalk to the beach. Kiawah is wonderful- beach, biking, tennis, Pickleball and golf. Close by to Freshfields, which includes a Harris Teeter and several restaurants. We will be back Spring 2024. Quiet neighborhood.

A Charming Beach Oasis

I believe it’s one of the original beach homes on the island - vintage style, very well maintained/updated, beautiful, and charming. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds and furnishings were comfortable. The private beach access with the sunset deck was awesome! We used it almost every evening. The neighborhood was quiet, friendly, and pleasant. The owner/manager was easily accessible via VRBO messaging for any questions we had during our stay. We all very much look forward to returning to this lovely home in the future.

We'll be back

This house is just wonderful. It's right on the beach and the caretaker is super responsive when needed. The back master is a little crowded with antiques a bit too large for the space and a bed that requires a step stool to climb into. However, its relative privacy at the other end of the house from the other bedrooms and its door right out to the deck will keep me coming back to it every time. We look forward to our stay next year.

Charming Oceanfront Beach Cottage

Oceanfront, just steps away from beach, has great bi-level deck off house and another nice deck area in dunes. House was very clean, well furnished and beautifully decorated. Kitchen is great and had everything we needed. Karen was great to work with, and we look forward to visiting again in future.

THE PROPERTY IS ON THE BEACH. STEPS FROM THE HOUSE . PRIVATE WALKWAY OVER THE DUNES. THERE IS A DECK WITH LOUNGE CHAIRS AND TABLE WITH AN UMBRELLA. THE INTERIOR OF THE HOUSE WAS SPOTLESS AND WELL DECORATED. THE LIVING ROOM WAS COMFORTABLE AND WELL FURNISHED. THE KITCHEN WAS RECENTLY RENOVATED AND IS SPECTACULAR. THE HOST THOUGHT OF EVERYTHING- SUCH AS COFFEE MATERIALS, KITCHEN BAGS, BEACH TOWELS, ETC. THE COOKING UTENSILS, PLATES AND PANS WERE ALL THERE. THIS WAS OUR FAVORITE RENTAL AND WE WILL RETURN.

Wonderful House

Very clean; outstanding kitchen with an exceptionally good array of utensils, cookware and appliances; working fireplace was a joy; deck at rear was delightful; gas grill worked like a champ; quiet house, and well located. The only minor quibbles: the very high beds are tough to get into for people of small stature and the mattresses are a bit lumpy (that said, we all slept like rocks); and, the closets could use a few hangers…small quibbles for sure. This is a wonderful rental and is exceptionally well managed by the property management company .
