AC yes it would be nice, :)... but as everything is run on generators this would be too costly

Hi Alysha, the mould is a on going problem on the island, where we try to clean this, the only thing we can do now is to take the room off line to redo the grout in the bathroom which we will be looking at doing, we also have to be VERY careful of what chemicals we use as the island is World Heritage listed as all waste water has to be treated. As for the dust be assured I will be taking to my cleaning staff, that is not good enough. The room you had was a hotel room which none of these rooms have the bathrooms in the room which is in the description of the rooms but all rooms have their own bathroom.We are currently doing the board walk between rooms up, but this had to stop due to Christmas and guests comfortJenny

the down fall of being on the largest sand island, sand gets everywhere :) we are please you had a nice stay

Thank you for the review Stacy, no we do we not service rooms unless guest are here for around a week, but if asked we will provide fresh towels extra. But linen is a 3 week turn around as we send it off Island. Internet is a problem especially with storms.

Hi Trang Thanks for your feedback.Our BBQ area is cleaned every day, but unfortunately some guests leave a mess. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any cooking supplies due to COVID restrictions and we try to make all of our guests aware of this before they arrive. Hope you enjoyed your stay otherwise.

Thanks for your honest review Adam. You are absolutely spot on, we are not a resort and not trying to be. We are a family retreat where you can come and relax. COVID restrictions limit what we can provide in the BBQ area and we try to make sure that everyone knows to bring their own equipment. Looking forward to your next visit :) Lisa
