"Todd's Cabin was delightful in all ways. It's obvious that he has put his heart and soul into thoughtful cabin design, and maintenance. Probably for the first time renting a vacation spot, we didn't need to contact the owner for a single thing. All utilities and appliances worked well. The personal touches of family photos and heirlooms, the creative use of paneling and woodwork, the modern conveniences...all contributed to the enjoyment of staying in this charming cabin."

"The house was beautiful and in a great location. The kitchen was well appointed and everything was labeled makingnit easy to find and put away. The beds were comfortable. There wa plenty of seating for meals. The stairs to the lake are well-maintained an has benches at every landing should you need to rest. The boats, paddles, and PFDs were in good condition. Overall it was a great stay. "

The unit itself is clean, however pulled a pot from the cabinet and had too wash it before using it, we also discovered that the iron and ironing board were missing, notification made immediately and promptly acknowledged as we did not want to be responsible for anything missing, front screen door screen was ripped in a number of spots and the pull out sofa was pulled out and it looked like it hasn't been...

"Really thoughtful touches - we played Jenga every night. I had a medical emergency with one of my kids and property manager was available and helpful (thank you!!). Kitchen was well stocked and location is so amazing. It isn’t directly on the lake but walk 300 meters and you are there. We loved hiking Lake Sebago!!!The location is close to restaurants and shops but remote enough you have a “cabin in the woods feel.”10/10 recommend."

"This property was absolutely perfect! Sindi and Doug have done a remarkable job including everything you could possibly need or want on vacation! We drove in and saw the nice lights outside creating a warm feeling already. When we went inside we realized the house had everything all the reviews stated. We were really pleased to find a bunch of firewood cut and covered with plenty of kindling and fire starter. We all enjoyed karaoke, shuffle board, and air hockey! Thank you to Doug for coming...
