"Our family of 11 from 3 to 70 had a great time! The house was great for us and Megan was very responsive! Easy access to the house and the lake/beach was wonderful! Kids loved the pool table/play room, but didn’t want to sleep downstairs by themselves so if you’re planning to have young kids in the one bedroom downstairs they may not want to be there by themselves. All other bedrooms are upstairs (worked out for us, just an FYI). Kitchen has everything you need! One of the best equipped kitchens...

"We had an absolutely amazing time staying at this property. Although we are not new to PML, we were new to this home and it was perfect. Everything is new, the kitchen has every tool and item you could imagine, bathrooms were well stocked, the view is spectacular, an the hot tub was an added bonus. We lucked out with mild weather for July, but the swamp cooler kept the house cool and we were able to open up in the evenings. The home was clean and comfortable, the communication was quick, and the closeness to the lake was wonderful. "Place was great and very clean. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The only downside was there was construction in Pine Mtn Lake when we were there 6/6-6/8 and it was very disruptive. They would stop traffic multiple times between the house and the front gate. Sunday when we were leaving, it took us 40 minutes to get from the house to the front gate. Communication with owner was good and she was very reaponsive and helpful when I realized failed to her that we were bring an...

"We loved staying at the Tanko House! Lots of areas to spread out. Very well appointed and stocked. The game room was lots of fun for everyone. Great location close to town and just a quick drive to New Melones lake. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. "

"Had a fantastic stay at the Hilltop Cabin in Groveland. The cabin is like something straight out of Sunset Magazine, with a nice deck for relaxing, complete with mountain views. It was quite hot during our stay and the a/c inside the cabin was up to the job. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need. A great spot for some down time!"

"Easy check in with a lockbox code. Extremely clean and had all the amenities. Beautiful back deck area. The house was convenient to the market, and the local restaurants. We enjoyed eating at the Iron Door. It is about a 30 minute drive to the Big Oak Flat Entrance to Yosemite. Host was easy to work with and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.
