Privater Balcony w/ Courtyard and Mountain Views, Close to Gondola & Shops!

This updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, a queen bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. It features updates throughout and a private balcony with courtyard views and partial mountain views in the distance. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Expedition Station offers shared amenities including a pool and a hot tub.

The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a smart TV above a beautiful gas fireplace and a cozy furnishings. There is a queen-sized sleeper bed for additional sleeping options. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. Just off the living area is the private balcony with seating to take in the fresh mountain air and enjoy the courtyard views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The breakfast bar seats 6. The first of two full updated bathrooms is located just off of the living area and has a shower/tub communication. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a smart TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a shower/tub combination and a water room for added privacy. The guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a flat screen TV. This room also has a Blu-Ray player in a drawer with cables to connect to the TV, and a movie library for your entertainment.

*Please note the Expedition Station HOA will begin charging $8 a day for parking starting November 1st, 2025*

Nice condo in a nice location

Condo worked well for our family of 6. It was in a convenient location with River Run village right outside your door and the keystone Gondola lift right on the other side of the village. The bathrooms and showers were nice and updated and the beds were very comfy. The pool, hot tub and sauna were great. The kitchen was nice, the large kitchen countertop had 6 bar stools which worked fine for meals. The staff sent regular communications before during and after to keep us informed of the check in and check out process. They aren't on sight but are on call any time and helped us in middle of the night when we had an issue with our room keys. Very happy with our stay. Thanks!

Lovely Stay - Ice make doesn’t work

I’m quick to find things that could be better about a rental or hotel room. Didn’t find a single thing to critique except the obviously not working ice maker.

FANTASTIC

Loved this property....so beautiful. Only small complaint was the ice maker didn't work, but not a big deal. Everything else was perfect. Would definitely recommend to my friends & family and will most probably be back real soon. There is a lot to do very close by.

Perfect property for ski in/ski out. A short walk to the lifts. Clean and has everything you need. Nice to have the community hot tub after a day on the slopes.

Great place close to gondola

Smooth check in and check out. Good location and nice to have the ski locker and warm parking garage. Condo was in pretty good shape and had a well stocked Kitchen. The only negatives were very very low water pressure in the shower and not enough towels were provided.

Cute place some issues

The location of the property was great and the condo was adorable. We did have a few issues though. There was no ski locker key when we arrived. I reached out to the phone number provided when we arrived to tell them about this and the lady basically laughed saying yeah we’ll see what we can do. The next day I received a text message asking if we had any problems and I again addressed this issue and was told one would be delivered to us I also asked about extra towels for the hot tub and was told I could drive 5 miles down the road to get towels if I needed more than the 4 shower towels provided (we had 4 guest). That night we got back to the room after a day of skiing and there was no locker key I once again reached out and they said it was out of their hands when it would be delivered. One of the reasons we booked this place was because of the ski lockers which after 3 days we never received the keys for. Another issue was the water pressure in the master bath which was basically non existent. Good luck if you are a women trying to get conditioner out of your hair, or even just want to stay warm while showering. Also when we got there the place was 75 degrees and just kept climbing we called to ask about this and was also laughed at saying they don’t have ac. It was currently 12 degrees outside we did not want the ac running just didn’t want the heater to run non stop. The only trick to fix this was turning the heat down to 40 degrees and cracking the patio door. Honestly the place was a great location and if this issue would be resolved we would definitely stay here but those few things were frustrating when trying to have a fun vacation.

Some damage to surfaces in condo. Loose kitchen faucet. Hole in carpet. Ski locker key missing. Management said they would fix faucet and bring key. They did not do either.

Fun times

We enjoyed our stay including the hot tub and pool table. But the cue sticks were not good. The tips are off almost all of them and there was no chalk to use. It was just a few minutes walk to the gondola for skiing which was awesome. It is close enough to enjoy Dillon, Frisco, Silverthorne and Breckinridge as well. Would definitely rent again; so convenient and the unit is well kept. The underground parking was also sweet!

Great location!

Pros: GREAT location (5 minute walk to the gondola - closer than if you drive and park) Good size for a family of 5 Building has a hot tub, pool table, laundry facilities, locker for skis Each time we spoke with the property managers on the phone, they were very friendly. Cons: We found a dirty dish in the cabinet and dirty towels on the towel rack. The rest of the unit was very clean, but these two items were concerning. The master bedroom shower had basincally 0 water pressure - we all had to shower in the guest bedroom. One of the fire alarms was dangling from the ceiling. We alerted the facilities hotline but never got a response. While there is a ski locker for skis, there isn't really a good space for the other ski gear such as snow boots (the tray by the door holds 3 pair), gloves, etc. Overall, despite the cons, we would stay here again.

Nice place - warm!

the condo was nice. We were unable to get the place below 72 degrees without opening several windows in the unit, which made sleeping more difficult. Beds were very comfy though. Floors were nice and toasty.

Great condo. It was clean, well stocked with toiletries, and the kitchen contained all you needed. The management company was very proactive ensuring the unit met our needs. We liked the condo location and the surrounding amenities were convenient. We enjoyed our stay! Condo was roomy and comfortable.

Property is as you see in the pictures. Perfect size! We stayed at the end of August, which was perfect for cool nights sleeping with the windows open. Nice little view of the pool area.

Generally good

Our short stay was generally good, and the location was great. We're big fans of Steep Brewing (good quick pizza, great beer and coffee) and loved being within walking distance. The parking instructions were a bit lacking, it wasn't immediately obvious that part of the address was our building name and unit number, and we had to rely on a guy in a Keystone Resorts truck to assist us in finding our appropriate parking garage. More details or a good marked-up map handed out with the keys would have been great.

Comfortable furniture and bedding, great location, well stocked kitchen and condo. Only negative was location facing pool because it was loud a couple of nights and windows had to be opened to keep condo comfortable during summer weather. Fans provided in condo were appreciated. Would return for a stay.

Great family vacation

This was a great stay for our family! Location was great with close proximity to several hiking paths and mountain towns. The pool/sauna and hot tub were great and we used these daily. Kitchen was well equipped for making everything we needed, including a grill by the pool area. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and ease of check in as well.

Feb 26 - Mar 5, 2022 was our stay! FANTASTIC location one block away from the main stores/ shops of River Run village. Not the closest complex to the slopes of Keystone but definitely still considered “ski in / ski out” based on the short walk to the slopes from the complex. The four of us who stayed are a range of 30-33 years old and in tip top physical shape - it took us about a 7-8 minute walk to the slopes from the front door of the complex - with ski boots on. Ski locker access at bottom floor of complex is included in the price of the room. Very convenient. Has a key to secure your stuff! The shared hot tub broke one night when we really wanted to soak our sore muscles from shredding the slopes. Was fixed when we returned the next night. Pool is heated! Master bed and bath is big and roomy. Master bed was comfortable enough (but I have a Purple mattress at home- hard to beat!!) Our friends stayed in the queen bedroom and said they’re bed was comfy too! Their bathroom was not connected to their room, however it is just right outside of the queen bedroom and it was roomy! There was plenty of space in the master water closet to stow 3 of our empty suitcases! We stacked them! We loved the humidifiers they provided- they really made a difference as we are from Florida. Also provided is personal fans. No personal heaters. Only problem we ran into was that the master bath tub did not drain well. Also another slight inconvenience is that laundry is on site (but not private) and you have to pay by credit card for it. Not a big enough deal though. We only did one load and then air dried our items in the room with the heat of the fire place! The view from the patio is of the courtyard- there was snow, pines trees, the pool and the hot tub to view. It was still beautiful! Especially when it was snowing! Definitely beats a view of the parking lot. Kitchen had all necessities besides a blender. We love making smoothies so that was a downfall for us personally. We would also have loved to see some throws/couch blankets to cozy up with on the couch. The fireplace is literally a switch on the wall- so easy! Room was warm and comfortable and SPOTLESS! Would most certainly stay here again! Every time we called summit county mtn retreats company they answered or returned our call very promptly. They were very professional and easy to work with!
