A recently rebuilt three-bedroom lock-off residence set up for the winter families the previous owners always wished they could book directly. Sleeps eight across three separate configurations, with a private suite that can lock off from the main unit — the quiet corner grandparents, a second family, or teenage cousins actually want.

THE SPACE
Two units in one footprint. The main side is two bedrooms with a full kitchen, a six-person dining table, and a living room around the fireplace. The lock-off is a private queen suite with a bunk for kids and its own full bathroom, connected by an interior door. Open the door and it is one home for eight. Close it and the suite is a self-contained bedroom.

WINTER SKI ACCESS
Keystone Lake freezes into a five-acre outdoor rink with skate rentals and horse-drawn sleigh rides, and a lift-served tubing hill runs on the lakeside. Breckenridge is twenty minutes south. Denver International Airport is roughly ninety minutes east. The complex free shuttle drops at River Run for lifts and dinner.

THE LOCATION
West Keystone sits at about 9,200 feet — wooded, residential, and quiet, on the Soda Ridge Road side of the resort. The complex includes a heated pool, hot tub, and dry sauna, and the free resort shuttle covers the village and River Run. Soda Ridge Road runs straight to the two Keystone golf courses (closed in winter but the surrounding trails groom for Nordic and snowshoe use). Frisco Bay, the Silverthorne outlets, and Sapphire Point overlook are all inside fifteen minutes for a low-key day between ski days.

GUEST ACCESS
Entry details are provided before arrival through the Gilson guest portal. A brief identity verification is required before check-in. Guests have full access to the entire three-bedroom residence and complex amenities: heated pool, hot tub, sauna, and the free resort shuttle.
