What's nearby:
This condo is located in the Settlers Creek complex at Keystone, where you'll find a bike path on the grounds as well as two stops for the Keystone shuttle. You'll be one mile east of the River Run Gondola, the Summit Express lift, the Dercum Ice Skating Rink, the Keystone Bike Park, and an abundance of shopping and dining in River Run Village. This condo is in the heart of ski country, making it easy to get to a number or world-class resorts (including A-Basin six miles northeast and Loveland 14 miles north).

Great stay!

This place is pretty great. We were so thrilled we could bring our dog. As others have mentioned, it’s a bit worn and dated inside, but fully functional and had what we needed to cook meals and feel right at home. Fireplace is so cozy! The pots and pans could be replaced - they are very scratched nonstick pans so we didn’t use them. There was one small stainless steel pan we used the whole time. The community hot tub was a nice perk, but it’s more of a warm tub - not so hot. Probably great in the summer! When we weren’t skiing we loved playing pool in the cabin next to the pool and walking the paved path to the gondola and back -- very nice walk and you can get coffee and food in the gondola base area. Overall great stay!

Good location

Nice location especially if skiing Keystone or A-Basin. Cozy and clean unit. Nice layout. Towels could be better. Kitchen not very well appointed in regards to glasses, silverware and the variety of plates, small bowls. Could use a folder/info guide for the unit, but none to be found. Sidewalk outside door was a bit treacherous. All the melting from roof goes down gutter pipe next to entrance and freezes all over the sidewalk entrance.

No directions left by owner so could not find fireplace switch (hidden behind tv)The coffee maker was in a cabinet above the range-had to hunt for it.I prior guest had left a shirt in the bathroom which makes me wonder how well the unit was cleaned.Sex stain on the master bed cover.

Cozy and Accommodating

This condo accommodated two families of 3 without any issue. We had a wonderful holiday ski week and the condo was close enough to the ski resort but remote enough to feel safe and secluded. The space was very pet friendly and we did not have any parking issues even with two vehicles. Thank you very much for a fantastic experience!

Nice place if you don’t cook much

Property is nice but is not equipped well for cooking. Bare minimum cooking utensils and no staples (salt was empty). Also the towels are poor quality so being your own or you will be using a hair drier to dry off after a shower. But it was clean and conveniently near the bus stop.

Great stay

We all loved the fireplace and having the hot tub right across the street. Very comfortable beds and for the most part the condo was very well equipped with everything you would need. Some things that could be improved, the towels were horrible. They were not absorbent at all and shed while trying to dry off. There was cute little salt and pepper shakers in the kitchen, that were empty, basic stuff. We had an issue with the door to the laundry closet. The hinges were missing multiple screws so when I went to open the door the whole panel came off in my hand. Nothing that a bit of maintenance couldn't take care of. Overall a beautiful condo in a great area.

Nice Condo, love the location but needs some attention

This is a fairly nice unit away from the base area near the end of a cul-de-sac so it is quiet. The unit was clean and tidy and although the kitchen was adequately supplied, there were no utensils or anything beyond the very basics. The toaster needs replaced as it only toasts one side and burns the other easily. The coffee maker does not have a drip shut if you remove the pot while brewing which is kind of odd these days. The oven has a VERY strong gas odor, so much so that we shut it off and would not use it. The carpet has numerous stains and worn spots so it could use to be replaced. The master shower handle kept falling off. And last, if you like to have it a bit on the warmer side (over 70 degrees) , this unit was challenged to keep up. Outdoor temps were right at zero and with everything on high the heaters barely made it to 70. None of these (except the oven) are deal breakers but this unit could use a little TLC.

Great location to explore the Summit area. The unit was very nice and had everything as described. Carpet is a little tired but we spent more time looking out the windows at the golden aspens than at the carpet

Everything was as listed and check in process was very easy. There are nearby trails for hiking and fishing and very close to Keystone for winter. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Good house and location

House was very comfortable and clean. Lots of towels provided, other consumable amenities on the very light side. Home was clean with plenty of storage for unpacking. Only two issues were an unpleasant odor when entering the home after it had been closed up. The living area carpet definitely needs to be replaced. And, the master shower barely drained. Location is nice, pretty and quiet with good grass nearby for dog walking. Home is immediately across the street from the pool and hot tub. Very nice place, they just need to replace carpeting and fix shower drainage.

Fantastic property in beautiful location! Condo was in excellent shape and had plenty of dishes, cookware, blankets, and towels. Would have liked some Tupperware and maybe some spices for cooking, a couple of the lightbulbs were out but these are very minor complaints. This was an excellent place for our family. Would highly recommend.

Great Location and Nice Condo

Great location just in the edge of keystone right by the pool and buss stop. The unit allows dogs, but you wouldn’t know it by how clean the unit was and there was not dog smell. The kitchen and bathrooms seemed to have been recently renovated. We would definitley stay here again.

Winter Wonderland

We had snow 3 out of our 5 day stay. It was beautiful but it was also very cold! The house has a nice layout and fine for two adults or two couples. We were appreciative of the smart tv that allowed us to use the various streaming services. Overall the place was clean, but the carpet is in desperate need of replacement has there are multiple stains on it. We did dishes by hand after every meal as there was a very limited number of plates, silverware, and glasses. There are no basic condiments outside of salt & pepper, coffee & coffee filters. Plan accordingly.
