- Please keep in mind that this unit is cozy and may feel small for some guests, but it offers everything you need for a comfortable stay - 144sqft
- A shared washer/dryer is available on the first floor, next to the pool area.
- Pets are welcome! We allow one dog, with a 40lb weight limit per pet, for a fee of $20 per pet per night.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The bathroom was extremely small, which was explained in the listing, but my husband had to stand sideways to take a shower. The room was clean but had clearly not been dusted above eye level for quite some time. We loved how close the space was to the southernmost point and the beach. We also rented bicycles that were dropped off to us and picked up when we were finished. We would highly recommend.

Location is the best part of this place! It's close to everything (walkable) and the parking on the street is free. It's VERY small but well appointed and organized. Cute little pool area in the back. Host was very responsive and nice. We would definitely stay again.

This is a cozy space, but the place was clean and well-equipped. Be sure to use the 3 under-the-bed-drawers as the storage is limited. Good shower in a small bathroom. The location is excellent with lots of restaurants, shops, and tourist sites within walking distance. Given the price, it is a good deal.They company has a shuttle for the airport, but it is not available before 8 AM. For the most part, communication with the property management was good, although it took a couple of calls on the last day.If you can do cozy, it is a good place to stay in KW.

Perfect location / Quaint Stay

This property is perfect walking distance to most attractions and excursions, if you do not have a unit in the first floor as soon as you walk onto the property make sure you ask for the hallway access code as that was not made clear that it was needed. The bathroom is VERY small and is not ideal for tall individuals or any plus size individuals ( just being very honest because I would not want that surprise upon check in.) There is storage for clothing under the bed. The heated pool was an added plus and the property was very clean. Make sure you take advantage of the deals given by the property owners with associated restaurants and excursions.

This rental is well appointed, and has everything you could need for your stay in Key West, short or long, with small desk/table space, kitchenware and appliances, ironing tools. High ceilings and great AC were a plus. The host was excellent at communicating and accommodating. Location was unbeatable, close to the Southernmost Point and nearby beaches, Fort Taylor State Park and its beautiful beaches, and the restaurants, shopping and entertainment of Duval Street. We highly recommend and would book again.

Just what we needed

Overall we had a great stay at the Van Gogh studio, great location, perfect size for a couple, and super friendly staff. The shower is quite small if you are of taller build, but still gets the job done. Only ā€œcomplaintā€ is that the TV is almost unusable, just very slow and old and struggled to load any streaming services, other than that, we had a great stay!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this property! It was very small, but clean, safe, and within walking distance to most places we visited. This was the perfect little place to rest our eyes after spending our days out and about in Key West.

My fiancƩ and I loved the property other than the parking. The room served its purpose, but the bathroom is super small, so I would not recommend someone of larger stature to rent. We had a death in the family and the property manger was very helpful the day of and the security of the property, we felt safe with the two locks on the place. Would stay again.

The reservation people are wonderful. The place was spotless. The location is the best. But for heavens sake it was so tiny as to be laughable. I wouldn't try to stay in a room that small again for half the price. It was dreadfully uncomfortable.

Bed was shoved in between walls and was uncomfortable No closet. no hooks even for clothes! Shower, toilet, And sink in one tiny tiny area. Anyone larger than me n hubby, couldnā€™t begin to fit in there. A disclaimer about the size of Bath facilities should be posted, for sure. I am 130 lbs, hubs 180 lbs. Bikes are not fit for use and no instructions on how to use anyway. Pool is nice and warm n clean. Needs mor chairs n loungers.

Ok, but very, very small

We enjoyed our stay in Key West and stayed here. Location is very good and the on-site heated pool (though very small) and laundry are nice. I don't think the pics and description are misleading, necessarily, but just know this room is VERY small. The bed was uncomfortable, the tv has a couple channels, and the walls are thin. If you don't plan on spending much time in the room and you're looking for some affordable lodging, you may consider. If my wife and I come back to Key West, we'll opt for different lodging than this unit.
