Step through the picturesque white picket fence and onto a lovely front porch with lush vegetation all around. An inviting living area welcomes you into the home featuring the beauty of Dade County pine, captivating artwork, cozy furnishings and a flat screen TV. Beyond this area is the fully equipped kitchen with plentiful Brazilian Soapstone counter space, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances with a wine chiller and gas stove. Incredible natural lighting with views of the lush backyard oasis and bar seating for 4 create a happy space for meal time or a fun happy hour before a night out on the town. There is also covered outdoor dining for 4 should you choose to enjoy the evenings breeze for dinner. A powder room lies off the kitchen for convenience. This home also has a smart house feature by use of a table that controls the temperature, TVs and home's audio. There is a security camera located across the street facing the home.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
Totaling 3 bedrooms, this home offers ample sleeping options which all come with full bathrooms for privacy. Upstairs you will find a queen bedroom with the bathroom just outside the room featuring a shower. The king primary suite on the lower level comes with a TV and en suite bathroom with a shower, soaking tub and double vanity sinks. A French doors leads out to the deck for your morning coffee. The poolside cottage can be entered through a set of French doors into a spacious setting with a queen bed and en suite full bathroom with a shower. The primary suite and cottage come with a flat screen TVs.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
Enjoy being located on a cozy lane but close enough to stroll around to all of Key West's attractions. Lazy days are best spent out on the covered deck relishing over the backyard's beauty and heated lap pool featuring a soothing waterfall. Curl up with a great book or grill your fresh catch of the day!

PARKING...
There is a parking for one vehicle plus a scooter and possibly a golf cart.

PETS...
Pets are not considered at this home.

MULTI MONTH RESERVATIONS...
For monthly reservations, the following fees will be added PER MONTH:
Mid-stay clean
Pool/hot tub heating fee (if applicable)
Pet fee (if applicable)

BOOKING DATES...
This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night min.). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception.

Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more.

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 90 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations inside of 90 days may receive a refund if we are able to re-rent any or all of the dates of the stay. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation. For multi-month reservations for January through March, a refund will only be offered in the event we are able to re-rent. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation.
