The road comes to an abrupt stop, the rest of it was destroyed in a hurricane years ago but you can park there and walk out. The beach is secluded and quiet, except when the Navy is holding flight practices. The planes are so close, you can see the pilots!

Terrible check in process, no keys or welcome packet, incorrect parking space, lack of basic essentials, condo needs maintenance, trim popping off, broken globes on ceiling fans, walls popping in bath. Broken closet doors, minimally stocked kitchen. No beach access. Would never recommend this place ..

Great Views

Beautiful location, excellent views. Full-size washer/dryer a huge plus. Unit/furnishings outdated. Bi-fold doors didn't close properly. Door wall screens kept jumping off track. We also felt unit needed a deep cleaning. Inside of oven not very clean, ceiling fan blades dirty. Walls of smaller bath needed a good wipe down too.

Great Location for the Beach

This property had great beach access and the grounds were beautiful. The property manager, Ms. Besson was quick to respond to my questions/concerns and very pleasant to communicate with concerning our reservations and anything else associated with this property.

Vacation in Key West

This management firm is excellent. The property is worn and doesn't have many items we thought would be essential. Dish towels in the kitchen, a cutting board, pictures and furniture placed in appropriate location. The property is worn and it looks like the owners are not maintaining a beautiful location. I think we would keep the location, but find another condo. One that the owners maintain.

Week in Key West

This is a fantastic property in a great location on the island. We arrived around 10pm and security was not available to let us into the building. We called the after-hours number and were told he would be right there to let us in - after several minutes of waiting and still no one arrived some tenants let us in and we were able to access our lockbox. Also, the hall bathroom toilet started running after flushing and would not shut off. We were able to get it to stop but will probably need repairs in the near future. Other than that - we will definitely stay here again. Great condo with lots of room.

The location was great and the unit was clean. It was quiet and a nice area. The unit is very dated but that is not a big deal to us. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is on arrival the dish washer was full of water and would not work. Dishes from previous renters was inside. We left multiple messages with the management company and they did not return our call. A minor inconvenience, but I would think that the management company would at least return our call and let us know they are aware of the issue. Also, the fans on the porch would not turn off and exposed wires were hanging down.

Great location next to the beach and not far from downtown. Only complaint was the management refused to supply any dish soap despite repeated requests “we don’t have anywhere to store it “ (maybe with the toilet paper??) so we had to buy a whole bottle to wash 3 sets of dishes

Highly recommend! The condo was very spacious and clean. Great amenities. It’s not really walking distance downtown but we never waited more than a minute for an Uber. Would stay here again.

Great apartment for our family! Very clean spacious and had all the amenities we have at home! Easy booking, very reasonable price and friendly property manager and staff! I would recommend this property to any family looking for a clean spacious quiet property!

Beautiful and Very Clean Property

Caribbean Conch A203, is absolutely beautiful and very, very clean and well stocked. The only negative comments I would have, is that the master bathroom shower is very difficult to operate, I had to keep pulling and pushing the water knob, to get the water to finally come on. After the water came on, the shower was excellent and that is the biggest tub/shower, I’ve ever seen! The second complaint is that it’s a pretty good distance away from the elevator, but there’s nothing that can really be done about that and I’m probably just being lazy! Lol. The third thing is, the dishwasher had standing water in it and leaked when we opened the door, so we just washed the dishes by hand. Other than those small quirks, this place is the bomb and I would definitely book here again!

Very basic rental

The property of the condo was great, the pool, the view of the ocean, great little library area. The condo itself is little out dated and had the bare minimum of things, like 4 forks, poor kitchen utensil, knives that struggled to cut a lime, 4 cheap pool noodles. Just some little things/extras that some VRBO's make you appreciate. But at the end of the day, it met our basic needs, at a good price and we did enjoy our time in Key West and at this property.
