The Ambiance:
Inside, Key Casa offers a comfortable and inviting atmosphere with classic Florida Keys character throughout. Saltillo tile flooring, central air conditioning, and a spacious layout create a relaxing home base after a day spent exploring Key West or enjoying the surrounding waters.

The primary bedroom provides a peaceful retreat with its own dressing area, ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the backyard. Two additional bedrooms offer comfortable accommodations for family or friends, while the home's generous living areas provide plenty of room to relax and spend time together.

A detached cottage adds even more flexibility to the property and includes storage and laundry space, with the potential to serve as a convenient home office during longer stays.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the home and its private outdoor spaces, including the waterfront grounds, courtyards, verandas, deck areas, and covered parking. The property is fenced and surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, creating a peaceful and private setting to enjoy throughout your stay.

Key Casa is located in New Town Key West, offering a convenient location approximately 10 minutes from Key West International Airport and 10 minutes from the restaurants, attractions, nightlife, and historic charm of Old Town. Grocery stores, dining, and everyday conveniences are also close by, making it easy to enjoy everything Key West has to offer without being far from home.

Outdoor Living:
Step outside and settle into the relaxed rhythm of island life. Beautiful tropical landscaping surrounds the property, with multiple outdoor areas providing plenty of options for enjoying the Key West sunshine, relaxing in a hammock, dining outdoors, or simply taking in the peaceful canal views.

Water lovers will appreciate Key Casa's waterfront location along the Riviera Canal. The seawall is equipped with a boat lift, and guests may be able to use the lift upon request. Please provide the size and weight of your boat in advance so compatibility can be confirmed. From the property, the canal provides access toward either the Atlantic or Gulf side, with approximately a 10-minute idle ride down the canal before reaching the larger waterways surrounding Key West.

Getting Around:
With parking available, you'll have easy access to explore the island by car. If you prefer to travel by bike, scooter, or golf cart, rentals are nearby for your convenience. Key West's walkability means many attractions are just a short stroll away, and for longer distances, taxis and rideshare services are readily available.
