THE LOCATION...

The Casa Marina East district of Old Town Key West is a quiet, mostly residential neighborhood on the southern side of the island. Just a quick two block walk from the start of Higgs Beach at White Street, and just down the street from Smathers Beach, CAYO CALYPSO is a dream for beach-lovers who prefer to pack their coolers and towels and walk the few steps down to the sand and water. Watch the sunset from Smathers Beach or the White Street pier just around the corner. Take the short stroll to Salute Ristorante for a beach-side meal, or bike ride down to Duval Street or the Historic Seaport for the most popular Key West attractions.

THE POOL and GROUNDS...

The front of this modern home is bright and tropical, and very representative of the island life you'll live while calling this your home base in Key West. There are two off-street parking spaces in the driveway for your transport of choice, be it cars, electric vehicles, golf carts, mopeds, or bicycles. The back yard is a quiet oasis and fully fenced for privacy. The swimming pool can be heated in winter months and is surrounded by chaise lounges and an outdoor dining set. The luxury BBQ grill is perfect for preparing a poolside meal. A large flat screen outdoor TV completes this modern retreat for an evening of movie watching under the stars.

CAYO CALYPSO is a real island treasure, built to a high standard and furnished in bright colors to enhance the tropical getaway experience. The furnishings of this home have a beach-inspired elegance and the living area is certainly luxurious with plenty of space to spread out. A huge flat-screen TV sits in front of plush couches, one of which pulls out to a full sized sleeper sofa for additional guests.

The open concept main floor has a bright, light-filled kitchen just off the living area, with stainless steel appliances and all of the tools and equipment you will need to create a gourmet meal. There is a kitchen island with bar seating for a quick bite or a dining table with seating for 4 should you decide to dine indoors.
