THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Clean and good location but needs some TLC.

The place was clean and a good centralized location. It does need a lot of work to fix the numerous crack and chipped floor tiles and wall trim issues through out every room. One set of towels provided for 5 days.

Quick communication

When we arrived we noticed there were not enough beach towels for the 6 of us. The stove top only had one burner that was working. I emailed the host and someone arrived within the hour to fix the stove and bring more than enough towels. Great communication! The location was perfect! And the pool and hot tub were nice! There was also a fountain with a pond with many tutles!

The property is older, which was fine, has a lot of good features - but our unit was dirty, had not been cleaned well. Floors weren’t swept, kitchen counters hadn’t been washed. Gave a terrible first impression when we walked in.

Disappointing quality of rental

The sliding glass doors didn't close, much less lock properly, run down kitchen and floors, counter chairs were incredibly unstable and in poor condition, and there were roaches in the kitchen. I reported 2 of these things, they said they would send someone over the next morning, never heard back from anyone after that.

We’ve stayed at sunrise suites 7 times.This was the worst experience I’ve ever had.

The furniture was nasty .we had 4 adults the patio only had 3 chairs . The kitchen chairs we horrible The place needs painted It needs a deep cleaning more than the house keepers cleaning,toaster didn’t work hair dryer in 2nd bedroom didn’t work We took our brother and sister-in-law with us their first time to KW. We were embarrassed! Hot tub didn’t work as well!

Decent, Quiet -

Decent property, well equipped kitchen... Out of the way and quiet. Fairly close to bridge to Key West so you need a car or bikes (better for you!) to get around to beach or downtown. Good clean pool and hot tub. Washer/dryer in unit allowed us to fly in light, not bring luggage other than small personal item. Small Grocery store close to walk to. This place has everything needed but it's too far to just walk to activities compared to some other island locations.

Not what we thought

Location is perfect. Condo was in need of a renovation. Tiles chipped and broken. Cabinets really rough , poorly stocked. No baking pans or sheets bare minimum pots. I’m not picky but this needed lots of work worn out.

Met our needs

Needed an affordable stay for a family wedding and this condo fit the bill. Pro’s: -not on the main party strip (that’s what we wanted) -Close to wedding venue -seemed like a quiet neighborhood -provided essentials like soap, shampoo,etc. -vacasa property management was easy to work with Con’s: -thin walls or floors…could hear chairs sliding, smoke alarms and heavy steps. -terrible pull out couch…like probably useless for someone other than a child. Just not in good condition at all -dishwasher is the loudest home appliance I have ever heard…like a hurricane. Summary: tired and worn out condition overall. Basically you get what you pay for in Key West.

Great place to stay when visiting Key West

We were very pleased with our accommodations. A few blips: the tile in the kitchen is broken and one of the bar stools was broken (and unusable). I highly recommend Room210. It is located on the back of the building and overlooks a marsh. If one is bothered by airport noise, this would not be a good place to stay. We, actually, enjoyed watching the planes arrive and depart.

Right in Key West

We found the place easy enough. We were a little disoriented when trying to find the room. No map was given. The office was closed, under construction, with a note that gave another address. We drove over to another building, and took the elevator upstairs. The elevator had an expired insoectikn certificate. We knew our room number, so it was easy to find our room from the signs on the wall. Other than the initial disorientation, and the unsafe elevator, we had a wonderful time.

Plenty of room for 6

The place was perfect for what we needed it for. Only issue was cleaning crew kept harassing every 15 minutes in the morning to see if we were leaving starting at 8:30 am.

My wife stepped on a shard of glass in the kitchen. We weren’t in them very long because we were quite busy, but the beds were not comfortable.
