THE LIVING AREA...

AMERICANA TROPICALE was designed with the vision of creating the ideal home base for a group wanting to experience the Key West adventure. The large living area is ideal for gearing up to head out or winding down after a day full of adventure in Old Town. There is plenty of seating for everyone, with several plush couches, chairs, and seating at the island-inspired dining table. One of the sofas pulls out to a queen sized sleeper to accommodate two extra guests. There is a half bathroom off the living area for convenience.

The kitchen sits off the living area with luxury appliances and tools, equipped with everything you'll need to prepare a meal at home in between enjoying the fantastic array of Old Town restaurant options, all just a few blocks walk away.

YOUR PRIVATE SALTWATER POOL...

The living room opens up to the lovely pool area, with equal amounts of sunshine and shade all day and fully fenced for privacy. The saltwater pool can be heated and is surrounded by luxury chaise lounges and chairs for relaxing outside. Lush tropical greenery decorates the fence and the BBQ grill is perfect for a poolside cookout.

Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.
