Important Information



Minimum Stay

Per the Sunset Key Homeowners' Association, this home requires a minimum rental period of 30 consecutive nights. No exceptions can be made.



Peak Season Reservations

Reservations from December through March must be booked for the full calendar month (beginning on the first day of the month and ending on the last day). Consecutive months may be reserved. Please contact us prior to booking if you have questions regarding dates.



Age Requirement

The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and remain at the property for the duration of the stay.



No Pets

Pets are prohibited by the HOA. Following booking, all guests must complete our complimentary BetterPet verification confirming no pets or animals will be brought to the property.



Mid-Stay Cleaning

For stays of 28 nights or longer, a required mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled every 28 days. Applicable cleaning fees will be collected separately.



Additional Information

Smoking is strictly prohibited.

This property is not available for worker housing.

The Florida Keys are home to native wildlife and tropical insects. Routine pest control is performed, but complete elimination is not possible.
