This amazing unit accommodates a total of 5 guests. The first bedroom has a king sized bed with memory foam mattress and the second bedroom has a full + a bunk bed with a 12 inch memory foam mattress.

Lot 115 is a very large lot located at the Key Largo Kampground and Marina and it is very close to both beaches and the pool.

Guest Access:
Key Largo Kampground & Marina is located 50 miles South of Miami on a quiet 40 acre tropical setting. It is a quarter mile off U.S. 1, one mile South of the entrance to John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park.

Our location in Key Largo is the perfect getaway for exploring all the Keys have to offer. John Pennekamp Park offers glass-bottom boats, snorkels, sailing, scuba tours, kayak and paddle-board, rentals and family water fun.

Other things to note:

- Only registered guests will be allowed in the campground. There is maximum capacity of 5 guests per unit.
-Once you book, we will send you a registration form (10 days prior to arrival) which must be completed as soon as possible in order to provide you with a smooth check-in on arrival.

- Check-in time is between 4PM and 10:00PM, unless an earlier check-in has been coordinated with us in advance.
There's no check-in available after 10:00PM.

-Check-out time is 11:00am

- Only 2 vehicles, including boat trailers, are allowed to park in each lot.

- All boats entering the grounds must have a length of 25' max and a width of 8.5' max.

 ● If you’re bringing a boat/trailer, it must fit on your rented lot; if not, boat slips are $39.99+tax/per day and trailer parking for $39.99+tax/per day.  Boat slip and trailer parking are available on a first come, first served basis.  One-time Boat Launching impact fee is $25.00+tax.  Boats are limited to 25 feet maximum

- No smoking allowed inside the units.

- Guests are not allowed to bring jet skis or wave runner inside the campground.

- The campground enforces a 10PM Quiet Time Hours Rule.

Pets are allowed with the following restrictions:

● Two (2) pets maximum per site, with a size limit of 100 pounds each.  No aggressive breeds allowed, including pit bull mixes (see full list below).   Pets must be leashed when off your site.  Please do not leave dogs unattended in the RV as it leads to excessive barking.

List of Aggressive breeds not allowed: Pitbull, Doberman, Rottweiler, Great Dane, Chow Chow, Presa Canario, German Shepard, Alaskan Malamute, Akita, Cane Corso, Bull Mastiff and Wolf Hybrid.- Only registered guests will be allowed in the campground.
